This invention relates to a skincare and beauty composition containing complex peptides and its preparation method, belonging to the field of cosmetic technology. The skincare and beauty composition includes: a complex peptide component, a brightening component, and a complex plant oil component. This invention preferably uses a combination of oligopeptide-3, palmitoyl dipeptide-7, acetyl hexapeptide-8, and acetyl tetrapeptide-11 as the complex peptide component, which effectively increases skin elasticity in the resulting composition. Ascorbate tetraisopalmitate, thymol trimethoxycinnamate, and dimethoxytolyl resorcinol are combined as the brightening component, which gives the resulting composition excellent brightening and even skin tone effects. Furthermore, chamomile seed oil and macadamia seed oil are also preferred as complex plant oil components combined with acetyl tetrapeptide-11, which effectively moisturizes and retains moisture in the skin.
