In the invention, a hydrophobic side chain is introduced into a long molecular chain, so the prepared nonionic aqueous epoxy hardener has the effects of a surfactant, has a good emulsification effect and improves the water resistance a hardened film; a reaction of an epoxy group and an amino group is carried out at a low temperature without a catalyst, so the production controllability and the production safety are increased; and the process flow of the method is simple.
