The method comprises the process steps of: prepolymerization reaction: reacting polyol, a hydrophilic chain extender and isocyanate monomer; monomer modification: adding polyhydroxy monomer to be modified together with polyurethane prepolymer; salt formation by neutralization: adding a neutralizing agent so that an emulsion forms salt ion groups; and chain extension subsequent to emulsification: dissolving an external emulsifying agent and a sulfonic acid chain extender in water to obtain a solution and adding the solution to the system for performing emulsification. In the invention, the emulsification property of theemulsion is improved by using carboxylic acid type and sulfonic acid type chain extenders, so that polyurethane and water are fully emulsified; simultaneously, due to the employment of the method in which self emulsification and external emulsification are combined, not only the stable emulsion can be synthesized, but also the solid content can be increased; in addition, the use of water as the solvent in emulsification is consistent with the requirement of clean production process; and the finally-synthesized emulsion has good film forming performance, high drying speed, no yellowing, excellent mechanical properties and short process flow, is suitable for the synthesis of leather substrates or surface materials, and can take the place of solvent-type products.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a titanium-zirconium/polyhydroxy esterified product composite conversion coating of an aluminum alloy surface, which comprises the following steps of pre-treating and washing the aluminum alloy surface, diluting treating fluid by 19-20 times to serve as a working solution, adjusting a potential of hydrogen (pH) value to be in a range of 4.0-6.0, and placing aluminum alloy into the working solution to perform chemical conversion coating treatment, wherein the treating time is 3-10 min and the treatment temperature is 20-50 DEG C; and then performing washing, drying and cooling to obtain the titanium-zirconium/polyhydroxy esterified product composite conversion coating. The treating fluid comprises, by concentration, titanate 2-5 g/L, zirconate1-2.5 g/L, nitric acid 2.5-6 g/L, ammonia water 0.5-2 g/L, accelerating agent 6-9 g/L and polyhydroxy esterified product 2-7 g/L. An aluminum surface chromium-free treating method is low in treating temperature and short in treatment time, and a yellow composite conversion coating can be formed on the aluminum alloy surface. The conversion coating is excellent in corrosion resistance, high in bond strength with base metal, simple in process, low in treating fluid concentration, capable of effectively replacing an aluminum alloy surface chromate treatment process and wide in application prospect.

The invention provides a quick-drying adhesive for a BOPP adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: (1) dissolving sodium dodecyl sulfate and hexadecane with 1/2weight part of deionized water, then adding butyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate and vinyl acetate, and performing mixing and stirring to obtain a pre-emulsion; (2) dissolving alkylphenol polyoxyethylene and ammonium persulfate with residual water, placing the mixture in a reaction kettle and performing heating, then adding 1/2 weight part of the pre-emulsion dropwise into the reaction kettle for reaction; (3) adding p-tert-butyl phenolic resin, allyl modified alkyl phenolic resin, barium sulfate and tung oil into the remaining pre-emulsion, mixing the substances evenly, and then adding themixture dropwise into the reaction kettle; and (4) at the end of adding in a dropwise manner, performing natural cooling, adding tert-butyl hydroperoxide, then adding sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate,and finally using ammonia water to adjust the pH to 6-7, thus obtaining the quick-drying adhesive for BOPP. The quick-drying adhesive for a BOPP adhesive tape provided by the invention has the characteristics of good film-forming properties and fast drying speed.
