The method comprises the steps of: preparing titanium dioxide sol under room temperature; preprocessing; adhering with one layer of titanium dioxide sol on a preprocessed glass or an electric glass ITO by means of dipping and pulling; preprocessing titanium dioxide grains before drying and spinning; fixing a layer of titanium dioxide grains prepared by means of a sol-hydrothermal method on the substrate by means of spinning; drying; roasting to obtain the nanometer zinc oxide film; putting the zinc oxide film into a sealed water solution system of zinc salt and organic amine; reacting for 12-72 h under the reaction temperature of 45-90 DEG C; taking out; washing with secondary water; and drying. Preparation method of sliver/titanium dioxide film materials used for blue-ray holographic storage

The invention discloses a preparation method of sliver/titanium dioxide film materials used for blue-ray holographic storage, and belongs to the field of optical information storage material preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a titanium dioxide film, tannin acid solution of which the pH (Potential Of Hydrogen) value is 8.5, silver nitrate solution and a titanium dioxide film attached with tannin acid, obtaining a sliver/titanium dioxide film with a water bath heating method, and carrying out a spectrum test and holographic storage on the sliver/titanium dioxide film. According to the preparation method, the tannin acid is used as reductant to obtain the sliver/titanium dioxide film materials. Through the detection of an absorption spectrum, compared with a traditional preparation method, the preparation method has the advantages of strong adsorption at a position of short wave and narrow absorption peak and is suitable for the holographic storage of short-wave light. The observation of a kinetic curve of holographic grating growth proves that the efficient and quick holographic storage of short-wavelength blue ray can be realized by the sliver/titanium dioxide film materials prepared with the preparation method.

Plasma nano photocatalysed air purifying and sterilizing device for air-conditioning system

The invention discloses a plasma nano photocatalysed air purifying and sterilizing device for an air-conditioning system. A plasma purifying module used for purifying air is arranged at a return air inlet of the air-conditioning system and is provided with a shell connected with the return air inlet of the air-conditioning system, wherein a dust collecting plate forming an electric field and a discharge serration plate are arranged in the shell; the two poles of the electric field are connected with a micropulse AC/DC superimposed plasma power supply; and an insulating barrier layer with a high specific surface area and high catalytic oxidation is uniformly coated on a plate electrode. The insulating barrier layer is a titanium dioxide thin film with the high specific surface area and the high catalytic oxidation. In the purifying device, the plate electrode of the electric field is made of a titanium dioxide nano material to form the titanium dioxide thin film with the high specific surface area and high oxidability; and the purifying device disinfects, sterilizes and degrades organic exhaust gas by using nitrogen ultraviolet wavelength released and generated by plasma discharge to activate to generate high-performance active radicals.
