polypropylene, 10-20 parts EVA-40W, 4-8 parts
rosin-modified resin, 0.3-0.8 parts
polyketide resin, 0.1-0.3 parts chlorinated
ether resin MP45, 0.3-0.8 parts silica, 0.05-0.15 parts
antistatic agent, 0.2-0.5 parts dispersant, 0.1-0.3 parts modified
aluminum silicate AM660, 8-12 parts
benzidine yellow, 6-10 parts fast red BHXL-T, 3-5 parts permanent orange yellow No. 13, 3-7 parts
calcium powder, and 30-50 parts mixed
solvent. During preparation, each resin is pre-dissolved separately, then mixed with pigments, additives, etc., and ground to a
fineness ≤15μm. The ink of this invention has bright colors, good light resistance, excellent adhesion, antistatic properties, and printability, and is particularly suitable for gravure printing on
polyolefin films.
