A method for evaluating the energy efficiency of a building according to the present invention comprises the steps in which: (a) a first energy efficiency evaluation unit evaluates the energy efficiency of a target building by calculating the area ratio of windows and walls of the target building, and a third energy efficiency evaluation unit evaluates the energy efficiency of the target building on the basis of material information of the windows and walls of the target building; (b) a second energy efficiency evaluation unit evaluates the energy efficiency of the target building on the basis of the shaded area of the target building; (c) an energy efficiency prediction unit creates a digital twin of the target building on the basis of characteristic information of each space of the target building, energy usage information, and information about the weather around the target building, and predicts the energy efficiency of the target building through the digital twin; (d) a fourth energy efficiency evaluation unit calculates the energy efficiency of an energy generation facility installed in the target building, and evaluates the energy efficiency of the target building on the basis of the energy efficiency of the energy generation facility; and (e) the energy efficiency of the target building is derived from a building energy efficiency evaluation program pre-stored in a terminal having a display, and the energy efficiency of the target building and the energy efficiency of the target building evaluated or predicted in steps (a) to (d) are compared.
