Boletus urinaria* PP013 and its applications, with the preservation number CGMCC No. 40661. This invention also provides a sustainable, cyclical understory cultivation method, including liquid spawn culture, spawn culture, soil covering for fruiting, and understory
inoculation. This method selects shallow-rooted
tree species such as *
Delonix regia* and *
Gardenia jasminoides*, and lays a layer of dry weeds consisting of sugarcane
bagasse,
miscanthus, and *
Digitaria sanguinalis* under the trees. Artificially cultivated fruiting bodies about to open their gills are placed under the trees as a live
spore source for
spore production. After
spore production, the understory is covered with dry weeds and watered. The following year, after fruiting, some fruiting bodies are retained for natural spore production, achieving a single
inoculation and multi-year cyclical fruiting. This invention creatively utilizes fruiting body spores for natural
inoculation, replacing the traditional direct mycelial inoculation method. It boasts a high success rate of establishment, low long-term production costs, and represents a highly efficient forest-
fungus integrated
management model.
