4 results about "Lolium multiflorum" patented technology

Festuca perennis (Italian rye-grass, annual ryegrass) is a ryegrass native to temperate Europe, though its precise native range is unknown. It is a herbaceous annual, biennial, or perennial grass that is grown for silage, and as a cover crop. It is also grown as an ornamental grass. It readily naturalizes in temperate climates, and can become a noxious weed in agricultural areas and an invasive species in native habitats.

Weeding composition and application thereof

The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and discloses a weeding composition and application thereof. The effective components of the weeding composition comprise the flufenacet, the flumioxazin and the diflufenican. The weeding composition can be used for preventing and treating weeds in wheat fields. The weeding composition provided by the invention is used for preventing and killing weeds such as alopecurus macrostachyus and lolium multiflorum in a wheat field, has a surprising and unexpected synergistic effect, and has more remarkable weeding activity than the expected sum of the activity of a single herbicide and the activity of a single herbicide or the activity of a combination of any two herbicides, so that the weeding composition is a novel weeding composition for preventing and killing weeds such as alopecurus macrostachyus and lolium multiflorum. The synergistic effect is more remarkable under the condition of low dosage, the dosage can be reduced, the pollution to the environment is reduced, the agricultural cost is reduced through reasonable compounding, and the bactericidal composition has a better application prospect.

Method for reducing nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient loss for camellia oleifera forest on purple soil

The present invention belongs to the technical field of soil improvement. Disclosed in the present invention is a method for reducing nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient loss for a Camellia oleifera forest on purple soil. In the present invention, agricultural measures such as leveling, weed control and plowing are performed in a Camellia oleifera forest planting area, and then Lolium multiflorum is planted in a target area, so as to form a Lolium multiflorum-Camellia oleifera intercropping mode. The method of the present invention can remarkedly ameliorate loss of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in purple soil, and improve the soil fertility and ecological health of purple soil slope cultivated land.

Pre-emergence weeding composition and application thereof

PendingCN121488968ABiocideAnimal repellantsAlopecurus aequalisSuspending Agents
The invention relates to a pre-emergence weeding composition and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide compositions. The weeding composition takes pyroxasulfone and bisamide as effective components, and the mass ratio of pyroxasulfone to bisamide is (1-20): (20-1). The weeding composition can be prepared into a pesticide preparation, and the pesticide preparation comprises wettable powder, a suspending agent, a dispersible oil suspending agent, a microemulsion, an emulsion in water, granules and water dispersible granules. The pre-emergence weeding composition provided by the invention can effectively prevent and eliminate annual gramineous weeds and annual broadleaf weeds, can be safely used in wheat fields, soybean fields, peanut fields and vegetable fields, and is safe to crops and also safe to the environment. The weeding composition can be widely used for preventing and killing weeds such as lolium multiflorum, alopecurus aequalis, wild oats, bromegrass, chenopodium album, amaranthus retroflexus and shepherd's purse, and still has a relatively good prevention effect on intractable weeds.

Application of CYP92C6 gene of Lolium multiflorum in improving herbicide tolerance of rice

The application discloses application of a Lolium multiflorum CYP92C6 gene in improving herbicide tolerance of rice and belongs to the technical field of biotechnology. A cytochrome P450 family gene CYP92C6 is identified from Lolium multiflorum resistant to florasulam, the CDS sequence of the CYP92C6 gene is shown as SEQ ID NO:1, and the CYP92C6 protein encoded by the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO:2. The gene can efficiently metabolize florasulam through in-vitro yeast expression verification; the gene is introduced into rice for overexpression, and the tolerance of the transgenic rice to florasulam and pinoxaden is significantly improved. Molecular docking analysis shows that the CYP92C6 protein has stable binding force with florasulam and pinoxaden. The application provides important gene resources for developing herbicide-resistant rice varieties and provides a new strategy for preventing and controlling weeds in rice fields.
