Convergence chromatography analytical method for residue of herbicides in tobacco

The invention relates to a convergence chromatography analytical method for residue of herbicides in tobacco and particularly relates to a method for detecting herbicides such as napropamide, alachlor, quizalofop-p-ethyl, diphenamid, metolachlor and clomazone in tobacco by virtue of a UPC<2>. The convergence chromatography analytical method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out extraction and primary decontamination on the herbicides contained in tobacco by virtue of a QuRChERS method; secondly, carrying out solid phase extraction purification on an extracting solution by virtue of a Florisil column so as to further reduce the interference of matrixes to a to-be-detected target; thirdly, detecting the herbicides by virtue of an ultra-performance convergence chromatographic instrument, and carrying out quantitative analysis by virtue of an external standard method. According to the convergence chromatography analytical method, all target substances can be analyzed within five minutes by virtue of the ultra-performance convergence chromatographic instrument, and the dosage of an organic solvent is extremely low in the analysis process; the convergence chromatography analytical method has the advantages of high efficiency, sensitivity and environment friendliness.

Weed-control composite containing quizalofop-p-ethyl, fomesafen and clomazone and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a combined weed control formulation containing quizalofop-p-ethyl, fomesafen and clomazone and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adopting an emulsifiable solution formulation, in which the total weight of the quizalofop-p-ethyl, the fomesafen and the clomazone is 18 percent; and the fomesafen is mixed with organic amine in advance to form salts according to the proportion of 1:5-5:1 by percentage by weight, so that the salts can be dissolved in vegetable oil or derivatives of the vegetable oil; and mixing the salts with the quizalofop-p-ethyl and the clomazone, adding 1 to 3 weight percent of isobutyl alcohol and 5 to 10 weight percent of emulsifier into the mixture to give the emulsifiable solution with transparent and uniform state, and taking the balance as the vegetable oil or the derivatives of the vegetable oil of a solvent. Compared with the prior art, the combined weed control formulation has the advantages that the reaction of raw medicines of diphenyl ether substances such as the fomesafen, and the like and the organic amine is performed to generate amine salts in advance, so that the amine salts can be dissolved in an environment-friendly vegetable oil solvent to realize the abandon of the prior solvent which is harmful to the environment and represented by DMF.
