The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural breeding, in particular to a meadow grass-
endophytic fungus symbiont construction method which comprises the following steps: culturing meadow grass aseptic seedlings; purifying and culturing an LE3
endophytic fungus strain; inoculating the LE3 endophytic fungi to the sterile seedlings of the poa pratensis;
transplanting the inoculated seedlings; carrying out
endophytic fungus detection on the inoculated seedlings; growing in a field:
transplanting the seedlings with
bacteria to the field. When the symbiont is constructed, an LE3 strain which only generates
insect-resistant
alkaloid and does not generate
alkaloid harmful to
livestock is selected. The agronomic characters of the obtained symbiont are remarkably improved compared with those of a control group. Wherein after the host
plant is infected by the LE3 strain, the
plant height, stem
diameter, leaf length, leaf thickness,
potassium element content and soluble
sugar content of the host
plant are obviously increased. Wherein the plant height, the stem
diameter, the leaf length and the leaf thickness are respectively increased by 14.18%, 26.18%, 12.16% and 5.06%, and the
potassium content and the soluble
sugar content are respectively increased by 90.49% and 89.00%.
