This application provides a method, apparatus, and equipment for sand fixation and control using a living plant straw grid, relating to the field of desertification control and ecological restoration technology. The method includes: determining grid lines on the sandy surface below a photovoltaic panel according to a preset grid specification; determining the sowing direction of drought-resistant gramineous plants based on the grid lines; during the harvesting stage, controlling a harvester based on harvesting parameters to coppic the gramineous plants to obtain above-ground straw of a preset height, with the above-ground straw connected to the underground root system; and then covering the above-ground straw in situ onto the grid lines to form a grid-like dead straw sand barrier; this grid-like dead straw sand barrier is used for sand fixation and control. This method solves the technical problems of rapid wind erosion and poor sand fixation sustainability under photovoltaic panels.
