The invention belongs to the technical field of
marine energy saving, and relates to antifouling drag-reduction
coating for
marine engineering, in particular to a preparation method of a high-salt-tolerance antifouling drag-reduction
coating. The preparation method comprises the steps that leaves of
zoysia plants,
crop leaves and wheat
bran serve as raw materials to prepare a mixed base stock, then
trichoderma reesei is added for
fermentation to prepare an oxidation
reaction product, the oxidation
reaction product is mixed with additives such as
citric acid and
maleic anhydride for vibration,finally, modified mixed
emulsion is mixed with additives such as a
citric acid additive, water and ethyl
alcohol for stirring, and thus the high-salt-tolerance antifouling drag-reduction
coating is obtained. Penetration of salt can be inhibited through
fiber components of the leaves of the
zoysia plants, the salt tolerance performance of the coating is enhanced, the
fiber components are corroded and modified through
hydrochloric acid and
phosphoric acid, then aluminum ions and
nickel ions are introduced, thus the
metal ions are subjected to complexation onto fibers, penetration of positive ions in the salt in the
seawater is shielded, meanwhile,
graphene oxide is introduced into the
plant fibers to play a role in sterilization and disinfection, and broad application prospects are achieved.
