The invention provides a method for separating and purifying
phlorizin in crabapple (
malus hupenhensis) water extract. The method concretely comprises the following steps: concentrating the crabapplewater extract at 75-85 DEG C to obtain extractum; cooling the extractum to the
room temperature, then transferring the cooled extractum into a
refrigeration storage at 0-5 DEG C, standing and carryingout
crystallization for 20-30h; evenly mixing the crystallized extractum with
ice water, separating and filtering to remove
mother liquor; after the
mother liquor is filtered out, adding the
ice water for washing, and spin-
drying to obtain a product containing the
phlorizin; dissolving the crude
phlorizin in
ethanol at the
room temperature, filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure, and collecting paste; adding hot water, evenly mixing, then standing and cooling; after the temperature is lowered to the normal temperature, transferring the product into the
refrigeration storage at 0-5 DEG C, standing, and crystallizing for 20-30h to obtain the pure phloridzin. The affordable, stable and reliable method for separating and purifying the phlorizin in the
malus hupenhensis water extractis developed by using the common
industrial equipment and
solvent, and has the characteristics of being simple in process, safe and reliable, easy to implement, high in
recovery rate, low in cost, andthe like.
