This invention provides oleanolic acid-modified HG-type pectin nanomicelles, their preparation method, and applications. The preparation method of the HG-type pectin nanomicelles includes: esterifying 3,3'-dithiodipropionic acid and oleanolic acid to obtain SS-OA; esterifying SS-OA and HG-type pectin to obtain oleanolic acid-modified HG-type pectin; dissolving the oleanolic acid-modified HG-type pectin and dispersing it ultrasonically to obtain oleanolic acid-modified HG-type pectin nanomicelles. The oleanolic acid-modified HG-type pectin nanomicelles of this invention combine the functional activities of HG-type pectin and oleanolic acid, as well as the redox responsiveness of 3,3'-dithiodipropionic acid, constructing nanomicelles that respond to ROS generated during alcoholmetabolism. They exhibit amphiphilicity and good biocompatibility, and can be used to prepare drugs to alleviate chronic alcoholicliver injury.
