ActiveCN103198707AHigh control accuracyControl accuracy guaranteeAnti-collision systemsTraffic accidentEngineering
The invention discloses a vehicle regulation and control method based on dangerous traffic flow characteristics under a sunny condition. The method comprises a first step of obtaining traffic information in an accident road section; a second step of collecting accident group traffic data under a sunny condition; a third step of collecting normal group traffic data under the sunny condition; a fourth step of building a traffic flow data total sample; a fifth step of building an initial traffic accident probability relational expression; a sixth step of confirming a standardized traffic accident probability relational expression under the sunny condition; a seventh step of detecting probability of traffic accident occurrence of the road section under the sunny condition, and regulating and controlling vehicles; and an eighth step of repeating the seventh step, collecting a traffic flow parameter in a next set time T, and judging the probability of the traffic accident occurrence of the road section until detection is finished. The vehicle regulation and control method detects the probability of the traffic accident occurrence on freeways in real time, and regulation and control to vehicles are achieved, and number of traffic accidents is reduced.

Systems and methods for determining retinal ganglion cell populations and associated treatments

A new combined index of structure and function (CSFI) for staging and detecting glaucomatous damage is provided. An observational study including 333 glaucomatous eyes (295 with perimetric glaucoma and 38 with preperimetric glaucoma) and 330 eyes of healthy subjects is described. All eyes were tested with standard automated perimetry (SAP) and spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SDOCT) within 6 months. Estimates of the number of retinal ganglion cells (RGC) were obtained from SAP and SDOCT and a weighted averaging scheme was used to obtain a final estimate of the number of RGCs for each eye. The CSFI was calculated as the percent loss of RGCs obtained by subtracting estimated from expected RGC numbers. The performance of the CSFI for discriminating glaucoma from normal eyes and the different stages of disease was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. The mean CSFI, representing the mean estimated percent loss of RGCs, was 41% and 17% in the perimetric and pre-perimetric groups, respectively (P<0.001). They were both significantly higher than the mean CSFI in the normal group (P<Q.0( )1). The CSFI had larger ROC curve areas than isolated indexes of structure and function for detecting perimetric and preperimetric glaucoma and differentiating among early, moderate and advanced stages of visual field loss. An index combining structure and function performed better than isolated structural and functional measures for detection of perimetric and preperimetric glaucoma as well as for discriminating different stages of the disease.

Method for building animal model of social position induced depression

InactiveCN101773096AHigh pine contentDecreased cerebral blood flowAnimal husbandryCortisoneActivity time
The invention discloses a method for building an animal model of social position induced depression, which belongs to the technical field of life sciences. The method comprises the following steps of: in natural colonies of non-human primates, recording total curling time, total spontaneous activity time and total external stimuli reaction time of each individual; dividing the total curling time of each individual into four equal parts, wherein the individuals with the shortest curling time are abnormal and others are depressive; performing independent sample t experiments on the hourly average spontaneous activity time and the hourly average external stimuli reaction time of the individuals of the two groups, wherein if the spontaneous activity time and the reaction time of the individuals of the normal group are obviously longer than those of the individuals of the depressive group, the individuals of the depressive group meet behavior characteristic requirements; and measuring hair cortisone content and partial cerebral blood flow values of the individuals of the two groups to perform the independent sample t detection, wherein if the average cortisone content of the individuals of the normal group is obviously lower than that of the depressive group and the average partial cerebral blood flow value of the individuals of the normal group is obviously higher than that of the depressive group, the individuals of the depressive group meet biochemical criterion requirements. The individuals who simultaneously meet the two types of requirements are the built natural depressive models, so the method can completely simulate the evolution of human depression.

Construction method of rat hepatocirrhosis and osteoporosis animal model

The invention relates to a method for constructing a rat model which has liver cirrhosis and osteoporosis. Corn meal, rat feed meal and dried hen egg yolk are mixed to get A. Cholesterol is put into molten lard to get B. B is put into A to be mixed to get C. Sodium deosycholate is dissolved by water and mixed with C. Afterwards, the water is added into mixture and the mixture takes sticky. The sticky mixture is baked and cooled to obtain model composite feed. 26 male SD rats at SPF level are selected and are randomly divided into two groups, group A and group B. The group A is for the model of the liver cirrhosis and the osteoporosis, so the rats in group A are fed with the model composite feed. In the first week, the rats in group A drink the ethanol water of 5 percent. In the second week, the rats in group A drink the ethanol water of 8 percent and sesame oil solution containing the carbon tetrachloride of 40 percent is applied to the rats by subcutaneous injection by 1.3ml/kg for every other five days. After 40 days, the ret model which has the liver cirrhosis and the osteoporosis is made. The group B is a normal group for reference, so the rats in group B is fed with usual feed and drink water. During 40 days, physiological saline is applied to the rats in group B by 1.3ml/kg for every other five days.
