Method for treating wastewater produced by methylation reaction in metribuzin synthesis

The invention discloses a method for treating wastewater produced by methylation reaction in metribuzin synthesis. In the method, the wastewater produced by the methylation reaction in the metribuzin synthesis is added with an acidic treating agent, and the obtained mixture is heated to 90 DEG C-120 DEG C and refluxed for deodorization and decolorization; and volatile gas in the wastewater and gas produced in the reflux are absorbed by alkaline solution for deodorization. Methanol in the wastewater is recovered by a batch distillation method. Residual liquid is heated to 100 DEG C-150 DEG C for evaporation, and then the residual liquid is naturally cooled by stirring until sodium bromide crystal is separated out. Filtrate is oxidized by an oxidant at the oxidation temperature of 50 DEG C-80 DEG C. A system is cooled to 10 DEG C-40 DEG C, and bromine in the system is extracted by an organic extractant, thus obtaining organic phase extracting solution with the bromine. The method helps solve the problem of treating methylated wastewater in metribuzin production, and reduce environmental pollution and production cost, the recovery rate of the bromine reaches more than 93%, and the method has good use value, and is simple and feasible.

Weeding composition as well as preparation method and application thereof

The present invention relates to the technical field of pesticide production, and discloses a weeding composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composition contains two active components such as trifluoro-metribuzin and terbutryn, then an emulsifier and a thickener are added and mixed with water; and finally a suspending agent, namely the composition, is prepared after high-speed shearing, wet sand milling and finally homogeneous filtration. The weight ratio of trifluoro-metribuzin to terbutryn in the composition is 1: (30-60), and the weight percentage of the two active components such as trifluoro-metribuzin and terbutryn in the composition is 30-70%. The weeding composition disclosed by the present invention is mainly used for soil treatment, and can effectively prevent and control weeds in wheat and corn fields. The defect of single active component in prevention and control is improved, and the weeding composition has a remarkably synergistic effect in preventing and controlling both annual gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds and cyperaceous weeds. The composition not only can effectively prevent and control the weeds but also is good in safety, and has no effect on afterreap crop, so that the composition is an ideal weeding composition.

The invention discloses a wastewater treatment method in a metribuzin synthesis process. The wastewater treatment method comprises the following steps of (A) adding concentrated sulfuric acid to wastewater, adjusting the pH value to be smaller than 3, stirring for half an hour, adding a sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting the pH value to be 4-5, heating the concentrated sulfuric acid to above 100 DEG C, refluxing for an hour, and carrying out intermittent distillation on filtrate to obtain methanol; and (B) preparing a complexing agent, adding the complexing agent to the residual liquid in the step (A), stirring and extracting for half an hour, clarifying a lower layer of water phase, carrying out standing and separating, further distilling the water phase to obtain methanol, adding an oil phase to sodium hydroxide for neutralizing until the pH value is 6-8, carrying gout heating and evaporating, absorbing the evaporated gas by using the sodium hydroxide solution, separating out sodium bromide crystal after cooling, introducing the residual liquid into a strengthened aerobic biochemical pool for treatment for 40-80 hours, carrying out oxidization treatment through ozone for 20 hours, and treating the wastewater which is subjected to oxidization treatment through the ozone again through the strengthened aerobic biochemical pool for 10 hours, thereby completing the whole treatment process. According to the wastewater treatment method, purification treatment can be carried out on the wastewater; and bromine and methanol in the wastewater can be recycled and the treated wastewater can be directly discharged, so that the environmental pollution is reduced.
