A substance, gibberellin, was derived from this fungus. Gibberellin is a plant hormone that promotes cell elongation, flower formation, and seedling growth.

The nutrient solution comprises the following material components in percentage by weight: 20 percent of sword beans, 20 percent of rice bran, 20 percent of water hyacinth, 10 percent of bone meal, 10 percent of potato vines, 10 percent of cucumber stems and 10 percent of tomato leaves and consists of fermentative microflora I and fermentative microflora II. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing biological gibberellin from tender pods of sword beans by utilizing a fermentation process, matching with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and other trace elements in the main materials, fermenting to form the nutrient solution needed by leaf vegetables, fermenting by virtue of the fermentative microflora, thereby obtaining an active enzyme. A gibberellin growth regulator gibberellic acid (GA3) contained in the nutrient solution disclosed by the invention belongs to an active substance enzyme, effective absorption of plants on the active gibberella is improved, the yield of the cultivation target is increased, the nutritional requirement on full growth of the leaf vegetables can be met by virtue of a nutrition formula, the development of the root system and leaf surface is promoted, and the piece weight and quality of finished plants are increased.

The invention discloses angelica sinensis endophytic fungi Fusella sp DG09 with plant pathogenic bacteria resistant activity and fermentation solution and application thereof. The Fusella sp DG09 was collected in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on January 7th, 2011, and has the collection number of CGMCC No.4543. The fermentation solution of the Fusella sp DG09 is prepared by the following method of: inoculating slant strains of the Fusella sp DG09 to a seed culture medium, performing shaking culture till an exponential growth phase, inoculating 10 percent of the cultured strains to a fermentation medium, culturing the strains for 4 to 5 days, performing centrifugation after the fermentation is finished to obtain supernate, and concentrating the supernate to obtain the fermentation solution. By numerous experiments, the endophytic fungi Fusella sp DG09 with strong plant pathogenic bacteria resistant activity of resisting gibberella saubinetti, early tomato phytophthora, tomato grey mould, rice sheath blight and the like is screened from angelica sinensis; and the endophytic fungi Fusella sp DG09 has good application prospect in biological prevention and control of plant diseases, and has important guidance significance for culture, production and sustainable utilization of medicinal materials such as the angelica sinensis and the like.

Embedding-crosslinking method for preparing nicotinic acid by Gibberella immobilization bioconversion

The invention belongs to the field of application of bioengineering technology, and particularly relates to a method for preparing nicotinic acid by immobilizing nitrilase-producing Gibberella CA3-1 (Gibberella intermedia, CGMCC No. 4903) with polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan and sodium alginate-gelatin composite materials and crosslinking respectively with glutaric dialdehyde and genipin. The genipin is used for preparing immobilized cells for the first time to enhance the mechanical properties of the immobilized cells. The method comprises the following steps: immobilizing Gibberella CA3-1, adding a proper amount of 3-cyanopyridine, and reacting under the optimal reaction conditions to obtain the product nicotinic acid. The research detects that the chitosan-polyvinyl alcohol immobilized cells crosslinked by the genipin have better activity retentivity and reutilization property than immobilized cells crosslinked by glutaric dialdehyde, and have higher activity than the sodium alginate-gelatin composite material; the chitosan-polyvinyl alcohol immobilized cells crosslinked by the genipin can be reutilized repeatedly, have higher substrate tolerance, and can enhance the production capacity of unit thalli. The method provides technical support for continuous production of nicotinic acid from 3-cyanopyridine by using the Gibberella CA3-1.

Desulfurization, denitrification and carbon reduction agent and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a desulfurization, denitrification and carbon reduction agent and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method of the desulfurization, denitrification and carbon reduction agent comprises the following steps: carrying out reaction on bio-industrial waste residue for 2-4 days in water under the action of microbial bacteria for obtaining a mixed product, then filtering the mixed product, and taking filtrate, wherein the microbial bacteria comprise alcaligenes sp and one or more of the following microbial bacteria: penicillium sp, gibberella, colistin sulphate and microzyme; and the cell concentration of the microbial bacteria is 1.3 multiplied 102-8.9 multiplied by 103/mL. Filter residue obtained after filtering the mixed product which is prepared by the raw material bio-industrial waste residue and/or the method is further reacted with water solution of alkali, thereby obtaining the solid desulfurization, denitrification and carbon reduction agent. The main raw materials of the desulfurization, denitrification and carbon reduction agent are waste materials in other fields, thereby having low cost, hardly increasing ash content in the preparation of gasification briquettes, further effectively realizing desulfurization, denitrification and carbon reduction, and having the same significant effects when being used for desulfurization, denitrification and carbon reduction of flue gas, formed coke or formed iron of electric power plants.
