The method aims at solving the problem that in the prior art, a judgment threshold cannot adapt to environment changes and registration model credibility changes at the same time. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a voiceprint audio to be detected and a registered voiceprint library; extracting and fusing at least two different types of acoustic features to generate fused features; inputting the fusion feature into a deep neural network model to generate a voiceprint embedding vector; calculating a similarity score; determining a dynamic threshold according to the at least one environment quality index of the voiceprint audio to be detected and the at least one data quality index of the registered voiceprint library; and comparing the similarity score with a dynamic threshold value, and outputting a judgment result.
