The formula of the culture medium comprises the following components: 28.5%-72.5% of hybrid sawdust, 10%-20% of cottonseed hulls, 10%-20% of corn cobs, 4%-8% of wheat, 1%-5% of beanstalks, 2%-12% of rice bran, 0.25%-0.75% of lime, 0.25%-0.75% of plaster and 1%-5 of soybean hulls. The cultivating method comprises the steps that: the hybrid sawdust is decayed by a decay accelerator and then evenly mixed with the other components, then the mixture is bottled, sterilized, inoculated and the like; and finally, fruiting management is performed. The inoculant is applied to wheat straw retting and decomposing, is high in decomposition speed, high in compost flexibility, the straws are basically decomposed, and the fermentation time is shorter than that of an inoculant purchased in the market.
