Frying apparatus (100) comprises a container (102) having an inner cylindrical wall (102b) installed on the central bottom thereof, so as to emanate from the bottom to substantially the upper portion of container (102) for holding foods and oil, a lid (104) covering on top of container (102), a plurality of stirring blades (108) rotatably and removably installed inside container (102) for stirring foods, a power-drive assembly (110) operationally coupled with blades (108) for driving blades (108) through repeating stirring cycles, a coupling device (106) for coupling in between assembly (110) and blades (108), a venting device (200) for filtering and deodorizing cooking fumes, and a blowing device (202) for forcing fresh air into frying apparatus (100) for moisture removal from thereinside. Blades (108) sweep across food pieces intermittently, such that blades (108) dwell for a predetermined dwell period starting near the end of each stirring cycle. This intermittent operation favors better agitation of food pieces and affords relief from constant stirring of food pieces at a higher speed. Food pieces are partially immersed in the boiling oil, and therefore, less oil is required for frying foods, thereby, causing less energy consumption, less fat absorption by the food, less time for cooking, and less used oil for disposal. The frying process is fully automatic and requires minimal human involvement and chore.

One-step preparation method and application of supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts

A one-step preparation method and an application of supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts are provided. The one-step preparation method comprises the specific steps: evenly mixing a carrier with an aqueous solution of a reducing agent, a surfactant, a platinum metal precursor and a non-platinum metal precursor, carrying out a reaction for 0.5-5 hours, and washing for multiple times at a low temperature (less than or equal to 100 DEG C) to enable the surfactant and other by-products in the product to be effectively removed. The platinum-based multi-metal catalysts having different metal loads (10-95 wt%) and different compositions and supported by different carriers are obtained, and the prepared supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts are nanoparticles evenly dispersed on the surface of the carrier. The supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts can be prepared through the one-step reaction, the reaction conditions are mild, operations are simple, the reaction is rapid, and synthesis is easy to enlarge. The prepared supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts can be applied in the fields of petrochemical industry, chemical pharmacy, automobile tail gas purification and fuel cells.

Sulfur recovery process for reducing SO2 emission

The invention belongs to the technical field of sulfur recovery, and particularly relates to a sulfur recovery process for reducing SO2 emission. According to the sulfur recovery process, a thermal reaction unit, a catalytic reaction unit and a tail gas purification unit are utilized; based on the traditional Claus and SCOT tail gas treatment process, an ammonia water absorption tank is additionally arranged for removing H2S from purified tail gas, so as to ensure that the H2S content in the purified tail gas is lower than 5 mg/m<3>; waste ammonia water is sent to a sewage stripping unit for treating; through the adoption of the sewage stripping device, H2S and ammonia can be respectively extracted; the extracted H2S is returned to a sulfur recovery device for sulfur recovery, and the extracted ammonia is returned to the ammonia water absorption tank for cyclic utilization; finally, the flue-gas SO2 emission concentration for the sulfur recovery device can be reduced below 100 mg/m<3>, the new environmental protection standard to be executed is satisfied, and a novel method for building a new sulfur recovery device with a small investment and low operating cost is provided. The sulfur recovery process is excellent in absorption effect, simple to operate, low in expense, environment-friendly, and economical.

Superhydrophobicity coating based on waterborne emulsion and preparing method and application thereof

The invention provides a superhydrophobicity coating based on waterborne emulsion. The coating is composed of waterborne emulsion, inorganic nanoparticles, a silane coupling agent containing fluorine and ethyl alcohol. The coating is prepared from, by mass, 5-50% of the waterborne emulsion, 1-20% of the inorganic nanoparticles, 0.1-2% of the silane coupling agent containing fluorine, and the balance ethyl alcohol; the preparing method comprises the steps of spraying the coating on a glass, metal and paper base, and drying at a temperature of 50 DEG C, so that the superhydrophobicity coating is obtained; the contact angle of static water of the coating is bigger than 150 degrees, and the rolling angle is smaller than 10 degrees. The superhydrophobicity coating has the advantages that 1, the waterborne emulsion is adopted as a main raw material, the adopted dilution dispersing agent is the ethyl alcohol, the use of a VOC solvent is avoided, and the superhydrophobicity coating thus has environment friendliness; 2, the superhydrophobicity coating is prepared through simple synthesis of the waterborne emulsion, the inorganic nanoparticles and the silane coupling agent containing fluorine, the steps is simple, the preparing process is easy to control, and large-scale industrial production is promoted.
