One-step preparation method and application of supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts

A one-step preparation method and an application of supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts are provided. The one-step preparation method comprises the specific steps: evenly mixing a carrier with an aqueous solution of a reducing agent, a surfactant, a platinum metal precursor and a non-platinum metal precursor, carrying out a reaction for 0.5-5 hours, and washing for multiple times at a low temperature (less than or equal to 100 DEG C) to enable the surfactant and other by-products in the product to be effectively removed. The platinum-based multi-metal catalysts having different metal loads (10-95 wt%) and different compositions and supported by different carriers are obtained, and the prepared supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts are nanoparticles evenly dispersed on the surface of the carrier. The supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts can be prepared through the one-step reaction, the reaction conditions are mild, operations are simple, the reaction is rapid, and synthesis is easy to enlarge. The prepared supported platinum-based multi-metal catalysts can be applied in the fields of petrochemical industry, chemical pharmacy, automobile tail gas purification and fuel cells.

Preparation method of carbon fiber reinforced nylon composite micro-powder for selective laser sintering

The present invention discloses a preparation method of carbon fiber reinforced nylon composite micro-powder for selective laser sintering. The method comprises: carrying out surface pre-treatment on carbon fiber powder, adding the pre-treated carbon fiber powder and nylon particles into a polymer good solvent containing a dispersing agent, carrying out heating stirring to completely dissolve the polymer, adding a poor solvent of nylon to make the nylon gradually crystallize by adopting the carbon fibers as the crystal nucleus and be coated on the carbon fiber surface, carrying out suction filtration, drying, screening, and adding other auxiliary agents to obtain the carbon fiber reinforced nylon composite micro-powder for selective laser sintering. Compared to the method in the prior art, the method of the present invention has characteristics of no requirement of high-temperature and high-pressure equipment, simple process, economy, effectiveness, environmental protection, and easy performing; and the sintering performance of the prepared material is excellent, the carbon fiber content in the material is controllable, and the mechanical property of the obtained SLS molded member is substantially improved compared to the SLS molded member of the matrix resin material.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a corn pregelatinization oxidative cross-linking starch environmentally-friendly interior wall coating which is mainly prepared from the following components: corn pregelatinization oxidative cross-linking starch emulsion, nano materials, porous starch absorption pigments, a filler, a dispersion agent, a defoaming agent, an anticorrosion mildew inhibitor, a neutralizer, a filming-forming adjuvant and water. According to the invention, starch is modified, because the corn pregelatinization oxidative cross-linking starch emulsion and the porous starch absorption pigments are utilized, the prepared coating products have no pollution and are environmentally-friendly, and the color is more endurable and shining; and by adopting a technology of adding nano materials, the performances of the coating material, such as impact resistance, adhesive attraction, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, ultraviolet resistance and the like are improved greatly.

The invention provides an emulsion adhesive for paper-product packaging and a preparation method thereof.
