mass can not be randomly controlled, the efficiency is lower, the production cost is higher, the technological range is narrow, and the like. The device comprises an accretion preparation device, a filtering device, a measuring device, a polynary coupler, a
booster pump, a dynamic
disperser, a first three-way valve, a second three-way valve, a drain valve and a
numerical control device. The method comprises the following steps: respectively adding
raw material of
pigment and additive to the accretion preparation device and adjusting the addition by the
numerical control device; enabling main fused
mass to enter the polynary coupler by passing the filtering device, the measuring device and the polynary coupler to be coupled with the
pigment and the additive; and enabling the coupled polynary fused mass to enter the dynamic
disperser to be dispersed and finally spun.
