The invention discloses iron-based amorphous powder and a preparation method and application thereof. The powder comprises the following elements in percentages by weight: 17-23wt% of Cr, 2.7-4.5wt% of B, 0.3-1wt% of C, 0.5-2.5wt% of Si, 2-3wt% of Cu, 3-8wt% of Ni, 12-18wt% of Mo, 2-4wt% of Co and the balance of Fe. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding raw materials in an induction electromagnetic furnace, heating and melting; and carrying out water atomization on molten metal, then drying, and screening powder. According to the application of the iron-based amorphous powder in preparation of an anti-cavitation and corrosion-resistant iron-based amorphous powder coating, the coating is prepared by a supersonic flame spraying technology, and the surface of a matrix is subjected to oil removal and rust removal treatment, and then is subjected to pretreatment such as sand blasting. The coating which is low in porosity, high in hardness, excellent in anti-cavitation property and excellent in corrosion resistance can be obtained. The iron-based amorphous powder is suitable for demanding components such as marine hydraulic machinery, key components of nuclear submarines, parts of engines of airplanes, and bosses of blades of aviation engines, particularly has advantages in a severe marine environment, facilitates industrialization, and is wide in application prospect.

The invention discloses functional diamine monomers having high planarity and containing a naphthaline structure and a synthesis method and application thereof. The novel functional diamine monomers are prepared from raw materials monomers such as dihalogenated naphthaline, naphthalic acid, naphthalenediol or naphthylenediamine through a series of chemical reactions such as substitution reaction, Suzuki reaction, amidation reaction, esterification reaction, Grignard reaction, Kumada coupling reaction. The diamine monomers containing a naphthaline structure, which have a lowest energy state 3D molecular structure and have high planarity, can be obtained. Due to planar space structure, the diamine monomers disclosed by the invention can serve as monomers used for preparing polymers with strong molecular chain interaction force, tight molecular chain packing and small free volume and the polymers can be endowed with an excellent barrier property. The synthesis method of the diamine monomers is simple in process and purification operation is easy; therefore, the synthesis method is suitable for industrial production. The diamine monomers disclosed by the invention can be used for synthesizing functional polymers such as polyamide, polyimide, polyamide-imide and polyester-imide.

The invention provides a novel capsule capable of intelligently regulating and releasing fragrance according to the environment temperature and a preparation method of the novel capsule. The preparation method of the novel capsule comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out free radical polymerization on (methyl) alkyl acrylate to obtain a comb-shaped polymer; (2) commonly dissolving the comb-shaped polymer and essence in a low-boiling-point organic solvent to obtain a uniform organic phase; and (3) adding the organic phase into an emulgator-containing aqueous solution for emulsifying, thus obtaining emulsion droplets with particle range of 10nm-5mm, then increasing the temperature according to programs for removing the low-boiling-point organic solvent in the emulsion droplets, filtering and washing the emulsion droplets to obtain an essence capsule of a core-shell structure. The preparation method of the novel capsule is simple in process, low in requirement on equipment and mild in reaction condition, has an energy-saving effect and is suitable for large-scale production; the wall of the prepared essence capsule is the comb-shaped polymer of the crystallizable side chain; the length or structure of the side chain can be regulated and controlled so as to control the crystallization temperature of the side chain, so that the release rate of the essence of the capsule under different temperatures can be intelligently regulated and controlled. The intelligent fragrant capsule is capable of adjusting the release rate of the fragrant smell according to the outside temperature change; the intelligent fragrant capsule can be directly applied to the intelligent thermoregulation textile field and the cosmetic field.

The laser fatigue enhancement method for the metallic glass comprises the main steps as follows: 1) a metallic glass surface is ground and polished, and is cleaned with alcohol; 2) the metallic glass surface is subjected to heat treatment by adopting a CO2 continuous laser, and the treatment temperature is controlled through adjusting the laser process parameters so as to enable the surface to have an amorphous-nanocrystal composite structure; 3) aluminum foil is attached to the heat-treated metallic glass surface; and 4) flowing water is defined as a constrained layer, and an Nd: Glass nanosecond pulse laser is adopted to impact the metallic glass surface to which the aluminum foil is attached, so as to obtain surface enhancement modified metallic glass. The invention integrates advantages of the laser thermal effect, comprehensively regulates and controls the microstructure and the stress state of the metallic glass surface, and effectively enhances the fatigue performance. The invention has a simple process, is suitable for producing the metallic glass on a large scale, and can prepare the metallic glass with a high anti-fatigue performance.

The invention relates to a cock-type rotary compression expansion mechanism comprising a stator, a rotor, projecting plugs, and cocks. A base circle hole is provided at the center of the stator, and more than one projecting plugs are arranged on the periphery of the base circle hole. The rotor is a base circle column. A central main axis of the rotor is positioned at the center of the stator base circle hole through an end cap. More than one cock slots are provided on the base circle column. The cocks are placed in the cock slots; a sealed hollow chamber is formed between the stator base circle hole and the rotor base circle column. The top of the projecting plug is slidably connected with the rotor base circle. Cock outer circles are slidably connected with the stator base circle and the cock slots. The projecting plugs and the cocks separate the sealed hollow chamber between the stator base circle hole and the rotor base circle column into more than two independent sealed working chambers. Transposition slots are arranged on the cock. During rotation transposition, the back ends of side edges of the transposition slots are slidably connected with the back sides of the projecting plugs, and the front ends of the side edges of the transposition slots are slidably connected with the front sides of the projecting plugs, such that working gas is sealed in the transposition slots. The mechanism provided by the invention can be used in devices such as compressor, expander, internal combustion engine, heat pump, and the like.
