The invention relates to a packaging material of a photovoltaic module, in particular to a high-volume resistivity EVA (Ethylene Vinyl-acetate Copolymer) rubber film and a preparation process of the rubber film. The EVA rubber film comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 82%-94% of EVA resin, 5%-15% of polyolefin elastomer (POE), 0.1%-0.5% of ultraviolet aging resisting additive, 0.3%-1.5% of liquid peroxide cross-linking agent and 0.1%-1.0% of liquid silane coupling agent. The high-volume resistivity EVA rubber film disclosed by the invention reduces the VA content, reduces generation of conductive ions, and can increase the resistivity. The polyolefin elastomer is easy to be cross-linked by the effect of an initiating agent, and a plurality of positions are cross-linked with the EVA molecule, thereby realizing high cross-linking density, firmer molecular chain, smaller free volume, higher resistivity, difficulty in conduction, so the EVA rubber film disclosed by the invention has higher volume resistivity which is as high as 1x1015 ohm.cm or higher.

The invention discloses iron-based amorphous powder and a preparation method and application thereof. The powder comprises the following elements in percentages by weight: 17-23wt% of Cr, 2.7-4.5wt% of B, 0.3-1wt% of C, 0.5-2.5wt% of Si, 2-3wt% of Cu, 3-8wt% of Ni, 12-18wt% of Mo, 2-4wt% of Co and the balance of Fe. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding raw materials in an induction electromagnetic furnace, heating and melting; and carrying out water atomization on molten metal, then drying, and screening powder. According to the application of the iron-based amorphous powder in preparation of an anti-cavitation and corrosion-resistant iron-based amorphous powder coating, the coating is prepared by a supersonic flame spraying technology, and the surface of a matrix is subjected to oil removal and rust removal treatment, and then is subjected to pretreatment such as sand blasting. The coating which is low in porosity, high in hardness, excellent in anti-cavitation property and excellent in corrosion resistance can be obtained. The iron-based amorphous powder is suitable for demanding components such as marine hydraulic machinery, key components of nuclear submarines, parts of engines of airplanes, and bosses of blades of aviation engines, particularly has advantages in a severe marine environment, facilitates industrialization, and is wide in application prospect.

The novel functional diamine monomers are prepared from raw materials monomers such as dihalogenated naphthaline, naphthalic acid, naphthalenediol or naphthylenediamine through a series of chemical reactions such as substitution reaction, Suzuki reaction, amidation reaction, esterification reaction, Grignard reaction, Kumada coupling reaction. The diamine monomers containing a naphthaline structure, which have a lowest energy state 3D molecular structure and have high planarity, can be obtained. The embodiment of the invention provides a method for preparing epoxy resin with a biphenyl structure, which comprises the following steps: placing 0.01-1mol of phase transfer catalyst (PTC) in a reaction vessel; adding 2-5 mol of absolute ethyl alcohol to dissolve the phase transfer catalyst; then adding 5-100mol of C12H10O2 and 10-200mol of epichlorohydrin; heating to 50-110 DEG C, stirring and reacting for 3-15h; taking NaOH solution, adding half volume of the NaOH solution, reacting for 3-15h, then adding the rest NaOH solution; performing reduced pressure distillation under the vacuum condition of minus 0.09MPa to remove redundant epichlorohydrin to obtain a faint yellow product; dissolving the faint yellow product by organic solvent, adding decolorizer, filtering, freezing and recrystallizing the filtrate; and filtering once again, washing the frozen and recrystallized product by deionized water, vacuum drying the frozen and recrystallized product to obtain faint yellow crystals, namely the epoxy resin with a biphenyl structure. The prepared resin can be used for encapsulating large-scale integrated circuits and electronic elements.
