A freestanding back therapy and multiple exercise station on which various therapeutic, stretching, bending, twisting, extension and inversion exercises may be carried out utilizing the user's weight for fully flexing and decompressing the spine and strengthening the trunk and back muscles of the user. The station has a frame of tubular construction with a floor engaging base, front and rear vertical upright members, a horizontal top member extending between upper ends thereof, and a cushioned forearm pad on each said horizontal member with handgrips at outer of the horizontal top members. A lower pair of vertically spaced padded cross members extend transversely between the rear vertical upright members to serve as foot supports. A central upright member is connected at a lower end with at least one padded cross member and has a forward and angularly upward extending upper portion. A backrest pad is mounted the central upright member. An upper pair of parallel vertically spaced padded tubular members extend laterally outward from each side of the central upright member near its upper portion to selectively serve either as handgrips or as elevated or leg or foot supports when performing exercises. A removable rotatable cylindrical cushioned roller is may be mounted transversely between the horizontal top members to serve as a back engaging roller or a seating surface when performing exercises. Various auxiliary exercise apparatus may be removably connected with the station for performing a variety of exercises.

Mixed filling type thermal conductive silicone rubber composite and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of a mixed filling type thermal conductive silicone rubber composite. Raw materials comprises the following components, by mass, 100 parts of raw silicone rubber, 10 parts of white carbon black, 1 to 3 parts of hydroxy silicone oil, 100 to 200 parts of a thermal conductive filler, 2 to 4 parts of a silane coupling agent and 2 parts of a di-2,5-vulanizator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding raw silicone rubber to a double roller mill; adding white carbon black, the thermal conductive filler, the silane coupling agent and hydroxy silicone oil according to a formula design after roller packaging; adding a peroxide vulcanizer after repeatedly and uniformly mixing; mixing uniformly to obtain mixed silicone rubber; putting in a die and carrying out first-stage vulcanization after cold pressing mold filling; and putting a molded sample in an air blasting drier and carrying out second-stage vulcanization to obtain a finished product. In the present invention, mixed particles of SiC and AlN are employed to fill high temperature vulcanized silicon rubber, effective thermal conductive net chains are formed in silicone rubber matrixes, so the obtained heat-conducting silicone rubber composite material has a good heat conducting performance.

The invention belongs to the technical fields of biodegradable material modification and application, and relates to a controllable fully biodegradable mulching film and a preparation method thereof.The controllable fully biodegradable mulching film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-50 parts of high-crystallinity polylactic acid, 10-90 parts of polybutylene adipate / butylene terephthalate, 0-50 parts of poly propylene carbonate, 0.1-2 parts of a plasticizer, 0.1-2 parts of a chain extender, 0.1-1 part of a lubricant, 0.1-1 part of a dispersant, 0.1-1 part of an opening agent, 1-3 parts of a compatibilizer, 0.1-8 parts of a gas barrier, 0-1 part of an antioxidant, 0-1 part of a light stabilizer, 0.1-2 parts of an anti-hydrolysis agent and 0-3 parts of an antibacterial agent. The raw materials are pretreated and uniformly mixed, the controllable fully biodegradable mulching film is obtained by extrusion and blow molding, and the thickness of the mulching film is0.005 to 0.020 mm. The fully biodegradable mulching film provided by the invention has good mechanical properties, excellent heat preservation and moisture retention performance, and can be completely degraded by itself; the mulching film degradation rate can be regulated according to the 'mulching film function period' of different crop mulching films in different regions to meet the needs of different crops in different regions.

Porous material matrix and composite phase-change heat storage material and preparation methods thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of a porous material matrix. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a weighed calcium-containing raw material and a silicon-containing raw material at the mole ratio of Ca to Si of 1:(0.4-1), adding 20-40-times water based on the total weight of the raw materials, stirring and keeping the temperature of 180-320 DEG C for 4-12 hours, and obtaining porous material slurry; and adding 0%-5% of nano-metal powder after the slurry is cooled, drying and molding to obtain the porous material matrix. The preparation method of a composite phase-change heat storage material comprises the following steps: dipping the obtained porous material matrix into a fully fused inorganic salt phase-change material so that the phase-change material is completely infiltrated into a pore path of the porous material matrix; and blowing out for cooling, and then desalting the discharged sample to finally obtain the composite phase-change heat storage material. The obtained matrix material has the advantages of good infiltration property and excellent high-temperature chemical stability relative to inorganic salt; and the obtained composite phase-change heat storage material has the advantages of high heat storage density, good heat-conducting property and cheap raw material.

Iron tailing-based complex mineral admixture and preparation process thereof

The invention relates to an iron tailing-based complex mineral admixture and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: respectively drying iron tailing sand, industrial waste slag and limestone till water content is not more than 1% for later use; adding gypsum to match with iron tailings, the industrial waste slag and the limestone after drying, then sending into a ball grinding machine to perform powder grinding, and adding grinding aids during the powder grinding process; and uniformly mixing the obtained iron tailing powder, industrial waste slag powder and limestone powder to obtain the iron tailing-based complex mineral admixture. The iron tailing-based complex mineral admixture disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that 1) the iron tailings are matched with other industrial waste slag, the admixture for concrete is prepared by simple mechanical fine grinding, and the performance is better; 2) the performance is good, and the iron tailing-based complex mineral admixture can be used for preparing the concrete with the strength grade of C50-C80; 3) a variety of industrial wastes are scientifically and effectively compounded, the activity and particle size synergy of each component against cement and the concrete can be fully exerted to enable the advantages of all the components to complement each other, and the over-superimposed effect is further realized; and 4) the production process is simple and conductive to industrial production, popularization and application.
