The invention discloses a high-precision rapid synchronization control method and device based on multi-stage variable speed tracking, and the method comprises the steps: dividing a pre-synchronization process of a to-be-synchronized
system and an external
power grid into a plurality of cooperative control stages which are sequentially executed; in the full-speed tracking stage, the time required by acceleration and deceleration convergence of the
system to be connected to the grid to be synchronized is calculated and compared, and the
frequency deviation direction with the optimal time is decided. When the
phase difference is smaller than a first threshold value, entering a prediction proportion convergence stage, and performing smooth adjustment by adopting
frequency deviation proportional to the
phase difference; and judging whether a second threshold value is reached or not according to the
phase state prediction, entering a multivariable synchronous
verification stage, and sending out a closing instruction only when the
voltage difference, the
frequency difference and the
phase difference simultaneously meet respective allowance thresholds and are kept stable. According to the method, the
optimal control strategy is adopted in stages, so that the grid-connected time is effectively shortened, overshoot and oscillation are inhibited, and the
rapidity and accuracy of the grid-connected process and the
system reliability are remarkably improved.
