The invention relates to a method for manufacturing biological sustained-release
fertilizer by
agricultural waste. According to the method, waste
vinasse, farm animal excrement and
crop stalks and peach
twig are mainly used as raw materials to be processed through a unique process of a continuous
pool type aerobic
fermentation technology. The materials are effectively compounded with functional microbial agents to be processed into
fertilizer rich in various trace elements such as N, P and K; then,
biomass materials such as the
crop stalks and the peach twigs are used for obtaining
solid products through
pyrolysis under the environment conditions of
oxygen limitation and isolation;
charcoal is formed; then, other trace elements such as N, P and K in the
fertilizer are reasonably adsorbed by using the adsorption performance of the
charcoal; the
charcoal-based fertilizer is manufactured through
extrusion forming. The novel charcoal-based fertilizer has the advantages that the effective living
bacteria count is greater than or equal to twenty million / g; the N, P and K content is 6 to 20 percent; the
organic matter content is greater than or equal to 25 percent; the
humic acid content is higher than or equal to 10 percent; rich medium and trace elements such as active Ca, Mg, B, Zn and Mn are contained; the soil environment can be improved under the condition of ensuring the fertilizer effect; the soil
pollution is reduced.
