The invention discloses a method for 
processing health rice 
wine and relates to the technical field of 
wine brewing. The method comprises the following steps: making a herbal 
medicine starter, uniformly mixing the herbal 
medicine starter with cooked rice, and performing saccharification, 
fermentation, 
distillation and 
ageing, thereby obtaining the rice 
wine, wherein the herbal 
medicine starter ismade by the following steps: A, weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of rice, 12-18 parts of soybeans, 10-16 parts of dogwood, 7-15 parts of 
hericium erinaceus, 5-10 parts of 
licorice roots and 3-8 parts of 
astragalus membranaceus; B, cooking rice, frying soybeans, and 
grinding the soybeans into 
powder for later use; C, 
grinding the dogwood, the 
hericium erinaceus,the 
licorice roots and the 
astragalus membranaceus into 
powder, and uniformly mixing the 
powder so as to obtain mixed medicine powder; and D, uniformly mixing the cooked rice, the soybean powder and the mixed medicine powder so as to obtain a mixed material, putting 1-2% of 
saccharomycetes and 0.5-1% of 
rhizopus oryzae into the mixed material, continuously mixing and uniformly stirring, and performing 
fermentation at 25-38 DEG C till the material has dense hyphae, thereby obtaining the herbal medicine starter. 
Wine made by using the method not only is unique in fragrance, but also has effectsof preventing oxidation, clearing livers and improving eyesight and improving 
immunity.
