The organic fertilizer for saline and alkaline land comprises 42 to 48 parts by weight of animal waste, 12 to 14 parts of plant straws, 10 to 12 parts of tea powder, 8 to 10 parts of bagasse, 6 to 8 parts of seaweed powder, 4 to 8 parts of a pH regulator, 4 to 6 parts ofan adsorbent and 3 to 5 parts of a loosening agent, and also comprises 1 to 3 parts by weight of microbial agent and 0.01 to 0.03 part by weight of rooting powder.
