detector, a main gas flow path, an ignition gas flow path, an emergency venting flow path, an
air barrier, an electric
damper, a maintenance manhole, a movable base, an emission
monitoring system, and an
intelligent control system. The internal
combustion venting and ignition device adopts a closed design, producing no open
flame or
black smoke during
combustion; the separate design of the
tower and base facilitates
relocation and allows for shared use across different work locations; the main burner employs a double-layer low-
NOx combustion design, which can adaptively adjust across a wide range according to the venting
air volume; the burner
nozzle is equipped with a low-
NOx ejector
nozzle, which promotes mixed combustion and achieves low-
NOx and low-carbon emissions. This invention is suitable for the diverse needs of industries such as
oil drilling,
natural gas extraction, and chemical
processing, and can completely solve the problems of existing surface
flare technology, such as low
processing capacity, difficulty in adapting to different working conditions, easy
flame leakage from the
