After DPF regeneration treatment, the carbon carrying capacity of theDPF is calculated according to a preset carbon carrying capacity calculation model, whether the carbon carrying capacity is lower than a preset carbon carrying capacity is judged, if yes, a current operating parameter of a diesel engine is acquired, whether the operating parameter meets a preset operating condition is judged, if yes, flow resistance values of the DPF are calculated, whether the flow resistance values of the DPF are all not smaller than a preset flow resistance threshold value in a preset duration is judged, if yes, a stored number of current overrun times is increased, otherwise, the stored number of current overrun times is set to be zero, whether the stored number of current overrun times is larger than a preset number of times is judged, and if yes, an ash removing treatment request is output. Therefore, when regeneration of the DPF is insufficient and a certain carbon carrying capacity exists, whether the ash content of the DPF exceeds a threshold is accurately judged, and the ash removing treatment request is generated at a right moment for ash removing treatment of the DPF.
