The invention discloses a processing and producing method of selenium-enriched nutritive green corn paste. The selenium-enriched nutritive green corn paste is made from selenium-enriched green corncobs, nutritive yeast powder and vitamin E powder. The amount of vitamin E, 0.2g / kg, accords with National Food Safety Standard (for use of food additives). According to the method, selenium-enriched green corn is cultivated by oneself, and sodium selenite is made into a 0.01% aqueous solution. Corn seeds are soaked, and foliage spraying is performed in the growing period of the corn. 0.4% ferrous sulfate compound fertilizer and 0.16% monopotassium phosphate aqueous solution are sprayed once. When growing to 80% mature, the corn is harvested. During production, the green corncobs are scraped intopaste by a fruit peeling knife. The pulp is weighed, and then poured into a kneading machine with a certain ratio of the nutritive yeast powder and the vitamin E powder. After even mixing, selenium content is measured and shall meet regulations of China Selenium-enriched Food Selenium Content Classification Standard HB001 / T-2013, to be more specific reaching 0.005-0.28mg / kg. The paste is subjected to vacuum packaging and high-temperature high-pressure sterilization to obtain a finished product.
