The invention provides an isolated island operation detection method of photovoltaic grid-connected generation system which includes: a control device detects voltage frequency of grid-connected point, judges voltage frequency of grid-connected point whether reaching frequency protection threshold, if yes, a start anti-isolated island protection signal is outputted; if not, frequency signal of grid-connected current instruction is calculated by using double positive feedback active frequency deflection method, and the frequency signal is outputted; the double positive feedback active frequency deflection method is that obtained grid-connected point voltage frequency deflection relative to average frequency is used as first positive feedback, and change trend of frequency deflection is used as second positive feedback, feedback magnification factor of first positive feedback is adjusted. The method realizes isolated island detection rapidly, simulation and experimental result, isolated island detection time is shorten in 0.10s, 0.13s, grid-connected current harmonic distortion THD are 2.06%, 2.97% respectively, and has advantage over traditional method in isolated island detection speed and reducing interference to power network.

An immunoisolatory vehicle for the implantation into an individual of cells which produce a needed product or provide a needed metabolic function. The vehicle is comprised of a core region containing isolated cells and materials sufficient to maintain the cells, and a permselective, biocompatible, peripheral region free of the isolated cells, which immunoisolates the core yet provides for the delivery of the secreted product or metabolic function to the individual. The vehicle is particularly well-suited to delivery of insulin from immunoisolated islets of Langerhans, and can also be used advantageously for delivery of high molecular weight products, such as products larger than IgG. A method of making a biocompatible, immunoisolatory implantable vehicle, consisting in a first embodiment of a coextrusion process, and in a second embodiment of a stepwise process. MEMS sensor low stress package and package system

The invention provides an MEMS sensor low stress package and a package system. An islet structure and a stress isolation groove are arranged inside the bottom of the package. The bottom of the package is provided with the islet structure and the stress isolation groove. The stress isolation groove is applied to isolate the effect which is imposed on a MEMS chip by the package deformation and to ensure the stability of a paster area of the MEMS chip. The location and area of the dispensing islet are changed according to different chips. The texture of the package is aluminum nitride. Because a hooked pin has the effect of supporting and delivering electrical signal, the hooked pin is capable of isolating the effect on the package caused by self-deformation of a circuit board and is capable of isolating the package and the circuit board. When the temperature is changed, the package and the circuit board are not contacted with each other to produce the stress. On one hand, the stress isolation groove isolates the stress from the package and makes the stress not conducted to MEMS chip. On the other hand, because of making most area of the MEMS chip not contacted with the package, the stress produced by thermal expansion mismatch is avoided.

The invention discloses a steady-state operation strategy for a wind and light contained diesel storage isolated microgrid. The strategy is subdivided into five kinds of operation modes. Firstly, an energy storage SOC (system on chip) is divided into four operation intervals, and the energy storage SOC is taken as a starting condition for dividing the operation strategy so as to decide the charging and discharging state selection boundary for the energy storage equipment; then the starting and stopping states and the unoperated areas of a diesel engine are determined by the energy storage SOC and the charging and discharging states thereof; a main power supply of the microgrid is determined by the energy storage SOC, the charging and discharging states and the state of the diesel engine; and finally the operation mode and the mode switching time sequence are determined by the microgrid. The isolated microgrid disclosed by the invention comprises an isolated-type microgrid which is not electrically connected with a main grid completely or a parallel-type microgrid at the islet operation mode. According to the invention, the refined operation of the microgrid can be improved by fully utilizing the energy storage equipment, and the system spared level, the operation stability, the power supplying reliability and recycled energy source utilization ratio are improved.
