The invention discloses a periphytic
algae classification and identification method based on a
fluorescence spectrum, and the method comprises the steps: fitting a single-class group
fluorescence intensity-
biomass quantification model and constructing a
mixed model based on the characteristic
fluorescence peaks of all types of periphytic
algae samples of
pure culture, and carrying out the artificial mixed sample
verification and field sample
cross validation optimization of the
mixed model, an environment factor compensation coefficient is introduced to correct an error; the method comprises the following steps: performing pretreatment and fluorescence detection on a to-be-detected
algae sample, inputting an obtained mixed fluorescence spectrum into a preset mixed algae
fluorescence intensity-
biomass quantification model, performing spectrum unmixing based on a non-negative least square method, and outputting the
biomass of each category of periphytic algae in the to-be-detected sample. The method can solve the problem of rapid classification of mixed periphytic algae, has the characteristics of no dependence on manual judgment, easy
standardization, high efficiency and expandability, can realize in-situ detection without destroying algae communities, and is suitable for the fields of
water environment monitoring and ecological research.
