The invention discloses a preparation method and applications of wild jujube endophytic bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 and fermentation broth. The bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 is preserved at China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on July, 25th, 2014, and preservation number is CGMCC No.9481. Morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical indexes, and 16S rDNA sequencing results of bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 are detailedly disclosed by the invention. It is shown by bacteriostasis experiments that, the fermentation broth of bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 possesses excellent bacteriostatic activity on alternaria kikuchiana, fusarium oxyspirum F sp niveum, fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp vasinfectum(Atk.)Snyd.& Hans, alternaria solani, fusarium wilt of cucumber, cotton rhizoctonia solani kuhn, fusarium graminearum schw, and botrytis cirerea Pers et Tris; bacteriostasis rate ranges from 55.6% to 92.2%; and it is confirmed that wild jujube endophytic bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 possesses excellent broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. It is confirmed by practical experiments that control rate of the fermentation broth of new strain SZ23 on alternaria kikuchiana is more than 75%.

The invention provides a microorganism compound bactericide for controlling cucumber fusarium wilt and a preparation method thereof. The microorganism compound bactericide for controlling cucumber fusarium wilt is characterized by consisting of 10 to 15 parts by weight of rhodopseudanonas palustris, 30 to 40 parts by weight of bacillus subtilis, 15 to 18 parts by weight of streptomyces, 20 to 23 parts by weight of lactobacillu plantarum and 10 to 15 parts by weight of saccharomyces cerevisiae. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: screening the rhodopseudanonas palustris, the bacillus subtilis and the streptomyces, and respectively inoculating and culturing in a flask in which nutrient agar culture media are put; mixing obtained strains with the lactobacillu plantarum and the saccharomyces cerevisiae; and inoculating mixed lawn in a liquid culture dish, and fermenting in a fermentation tank to obtain the microorganism compound bactericide. In the invention, soil ecological environment is repaired and improved under the condition of inhibiting the reproduction of fusarium wilt pathogenic bacteria and controlling pathogenetic scale and degree,meanwhile, cucumber growth and yield are improved.

The vegetable waste composting bacterial agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of phanerochaete chrysosporium, 1-3 parts of trichoderma harzianum, 1-3 parts of bacillus subtilis and 1-3 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus, wherein the effective viable count of the complex bacterial agent is up to 4*10<8> / g. The vegetable waste composting bacterial agent can be used for fermenting and composting vegetable wastes and resisting to cucumber fusarium wilt and has the fermentation period of 25 days for treating vegetable wastes and more than 50 days for treating uninoculated vegetable wastes. The organic substrate is prepared through fermenting by using a special process after adding 1kg of composting bacterial agent into every 5 cubic meters of vegetable wastes, wherein the vegetable wastes comprise the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of eggplant straw, 20-40 parts of cucumber vine, 5-15 parts of Chinese cabbage leaves and 5-15 parts of brown coal, wherein the organic substrate can be used as a seedling substrate of tomatoes, has the emergence rate of 92% and has the same effect as a seedling substrate sold on the market.
