This invention discloses a biomimetic nanozyme and its application in the preparation of tumor therapeutic drugs, belonging to the field of
pharmaceutical technology. The biomimetic nanozyme of this invention comprises a shell and a core encapsulated within the shell. The shell is a
T cell membrane, and the core is a
manganese oxide nanozyme with an average Mn valence state of +3 to +4. This invention uses
manganese oxide nanozyme, which exhibits optimal oxidase-like activity, as the core material for anti-tumor treatment. By encapsulating it with a
T cell membrane, it can induce
immunogenic cell death through OXD
catalysis, activate the cGAS-STING pathway and
T cell-mediated tumor killing function, and antagonize the effect of PD-L1 elevation, thus overcoming the defect of STING activation-induced PD-L1 overexpression impairing T
cell function.
