formic acid aqueous solution is taken as a mobile phase B, and
gradient elution is carried out; the
gradient elution procedure is 0-10 min, 80% B to 70% B, and the detection
wavelength is 320 mm; in 10-20 min, 70% B to 50% B, and the detection
wavelength is 192 mm; the preparation process of the
test solution comprises the following steps: extracting by using 70 vol%
