Preparation method of light-emitting composite paint

The invention discloses a preparation method of a light-emitting composite paint. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a graphene/long afterglow phosphor composite; and (2) dispersing 3-6 parts of graphene/kaolin/SiO2 composite material and 2-4 parts of a graphene/calcium carbonate/SiO2 composite into 15-20 parts of deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes so as to form a solution A3, dispersing 1-5 parts of graphene/red-emit phosphor/SiO2 composite into 15-20 parts of deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes so as to form a solution B3, dispersing 1-5 parts of graphene/long afterflow phosphor composite into 15-20 parts of deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes so as to obtain a solution C1, respectively and slowly dropwise adding solutions B3 and C1 in the solution A3 until a mixed solution is formed under conditions of performing ultrasonic shaking at a frequency of 200-400KW and stirring at a centrifugal speed of 500-800r/min, adding 70-80 parts of film forming matter, and mixing and stirring uniformly, so as to obtain the light-emitting composite paint. The preparation method is capable of obviously improving the luminous intensity and luminous uniformity of a water-borne luminous paint, and further improving the dispersibility of phosphor in the paint and the construction performance and storage stability of the paint.

Fluorescigenic pavement reflecting adhesive tape and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to a fluorescigenic pavement reflecting adhesive tape and a manufacturing method thereof. The fluorescigenic pavement reflecting adhesive tape is manufactured by adding a reflecting coating or adding various flourescent materials (such as rare earth ion-activated zinc sulfide fluorescence powder) in an amount which is 0.1 to 5 weight percent based on the total amount of the reflecting coating and a substrate into the reflecting coating or the reflecting coating and substrate of any of various conventional pavement reflecting adhesive tapes. The pavement reflecting adhesive tap is comprised of the fluorescigenic reflecting coating, the substrate and a pressure sensitive adhesive, wherein the fluorescigenic reflecting coating is coated on the front side (upper side) ofthe substrate; and the pressure sensitive adhesive is applied on the back side (down side) of the substrate. The novel pavement reflecting adhesive tape retains the various kinds of performance of the conventional pavement reflecting adhesive tapes, particularly retroreflection (namely reflection) performance. The novel pavement reflecting adhesive tape can also emit fluorescence of certain intensity. When used as pavement traffic marking lines or other marks, the novel pavement reflecting adhesive tape is more striking and can be clearly seen easily by drivers, so that the drivers can drive more safely at night.

Energy-storing self-luminescent road marking coating

The present invention relates to an energy storage self-lighting road marking dope which is characterized in that the raw materials of the dope consist of 15 to 16 portions of petroleum resin, 15 to 16 portions of quartz sand, 25 to 50 portions of calcium carbonate powder, 18 to 20 portions of glass bead, 0.8 to 1.2 portions of polyethylene wax, 0.8 to 1.5 portions of dioctylphthalate, 1.0 to 1.2 portions of EVA hot-melt adhesive, 2.0 to 4.0 portions of titanium pigment and 2.0 to 10 portions of energy storage luminescent material by weight proportion. All the raw materials of the energy storage self-lighting road marking dope are commercial universal industrial raw materials, the energy storage self-lighting road marking dope has low manufacturing cost and simple technology, also has good energy storage self-lighting and reflecting functions and ensures that a road marking has the characteristics of good luminescent recognizability, high luminescent intensity and long luminescent time no matter under the condition with light or without light; and the marking dope can be widely applied to various kinds of roads without illuminating device, such as highway, town road, village road, montane road, and the like, and can improve the traffic safety factor greatly.
