Preparation method of light-emitting composite paint

The invention discloses a preparation method of a light-emitting composite paint. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a graphene/long afterglow phosphor composite; and (2) dispersing 3-6 parts of graphene/kaolin/SiO2 composite material and 2-4 parts of a graphene/calcium carbonate/SiO2 composite into 15-20 parts of deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes so as to form a solution A3, dispersing 1-5 parts of graphene/red-emit phosphor/SiO2 composite into 15-20 parts of deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes so as to form a solution B3, dispersing 1-5 parts of graphene/long afterflow phosphor composite into 15-20 parts of deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes so as to obtain a solution C1, respectively and slowly dropwise adding solutions B3 and C1 in the solution A3 until a mixed solution is formed under conditions of performing ultrasonic shaking at a frequency of 200-400KW and stirring at a centrifugal speed of 500-800r/min, adding 70-80 parts of film forming matter, and mixing and stirring uniformly, so as to obtain the light-emitting composite paint. The preparation method is capable of obviously improving the luminous intensity and luminous uniformity of a water-borne luminous paint, and further improving the dispersibility of phosphor in the paint and the construction performance and storage stability of the paint.

Phosphorescent blends

Self-glowing phosphorescent blends comprises of silicates, phosphate, and their compounds with aluminates (e.g. alumino-silicates and alumino-phosphate) phosphors are disclosed. These blends can be optically charged by exposure to sunlight or artificial light sources, and are able to emit visible light for hours in darkness without the need of electricity or consumption of materials. Such optical charging-discharging cycles can be repeated at least 1000 times. These blends can be used to form many commercial products and used in many applications such as: self-glowing paints or coating blends, self-glowing adhesive tapes, self-glowing foils, self-glowing glues and sealants, self-glowing ceramic glazes, self-glowing writing and printing inks, self-glowing papers and stickers, self-glowing textiles and cloth, self-glowing glasses, and self-glowing plastic composites. The “self-glowing” refers to the ability to emit visible light or photon, without simultaneously being externally excited, or consumption of energy (like lamps) or materials (like candle) at the same time. These self-glowing blends or composites can glow in the darkness without consuming electricity and can be utilized in the following applications:
    • 1. Self-glowing marking, labeling, decoration, film coating, and paintings on the body of bicycles, automobiles, ships, and aircrafts. Such utility will display the contour, the location, and color of the subject's body at night or in darkness with the benefits of decoration and safety of traveling.
    • 2. Self-glowing marking, labeling, decoration, film coating, and paintings on the walls, the swimming pools, stairs, steps, and other outstanding objects inside or outside of a building. Beside apparent decoration utility in the darkness, they can also show the contour or locations of the objects in the darkness to avoid injury related liability.
    • 3. Low-level lighting source, i.e. “Electric less” lamps. By applying the blend on artificial lamp surfaces, they can self-glow in the darkness for hours after lamp is turned off. When lamp is back on, they can be optically excited and charged up, while shifting the lamp color to longer wavelength and warmer appearance.
    • 4. The blends can be utilized in many other special self-glowing products to save electricity and pollution and prevent safety hazards in darkness. For example, self-glowing paper and ink will allow people to write in the darkness without need for lamps. Self-glowing paint, tapes, ceramic glaze, and labels will allow people to act in the darkness without the need for electric lamps. Self-glowing glass and plastic articles will decorate or display at night without need for electric lamps. Besides conserving electricity and environment, self-glowing products may be used to direct traffic and prevent injury associated with power outage or electric lamps failure. These products also provide convenient safety measures in products such as self-glowing textiles that pedestrian and bicyclists can wear at night, without the need for electric lamps.

High-brightness long-afterglow luminescent indicator plate and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a high-brightness long-afterglow luminescent indicator plate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pasting a reflective film on the front face of a substrate; spray-printing a luminous coating on the reflective film so as to form a graphical silkscreen; coating a diphenylethene-biphenyl sodium disulfonate fluorescent layer on the silkscreen; and coating a radiation-proof UV (ultraviolet) gloss oil protective layer on the reflective film which is not covered with graphs as well as the fluorescent layer. The preparation method of the luminous coating comprises the following steps: firstly pouring one third of a cristobalite transparent filler into a mixing tank, adding special light-transmitting resin, PE (polyethylene) resin and dioctyl phthalate (DOP), and then evenly stirring; and sequentially adding pigment, a nano rare-earth luminescent material, glass microspheres and the residual cristobalite transparent filler while stirring, and then evenly stirring for use. For the high-brightness long-afterglow luminescent indicator plate obtained by the preparation method, the brightness can reach 19,800mcd/m<2>, luminescence time can reach 10-14 hours in the case of single light absorption for 30 minutes, the minimum retro-reflection coefficient is cd.1*x<-1>m<-2> for various colors, the observation angle is 0.2 degree, and the incident angle is -4 degree. The high-brightness long-afterglow luminescent indicator plate has the advantages of endless cyclic energy storage, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardance, no toxicity, no harm, no radiation and energy conservation and is environmentally-friendly.

With utilization of a coordination reaction of nitrogen atoms of the nitrogen heterocyclic group of the hyperbranched polyester with rare earth ions, the hyperbranched polyester rare earth complex containing the nitrogen heterocyclic terminal group is prepared; the rare earth complex is simple in synthesis method, is easy to process and mold, high in luminescent intensity and long in fluorescent lifetime, and can be used in the fields of display materials or luminous paints and the like.

Design method for assisting in highway tunnel lighting through energy-storage luminous paint

The invention discloses a design method for assisting in highway tunnel lighting through energy-storage luminous paint. Specific design schemes are provided for highway tunnels with different lengths, and according to the lengths, the tunnels are mainly divided into three kinds, namely the tunnels with the length smaller than 200 m, the tunnels with the length ranging from 200 m to 300 m and the tunnels with the length larger than 300 m. By means of the method for assisting in highway tunnel lighting through the energy-storage luminous paint, lighting lamps do not need to be arranged for the tunnels with the length smaller than 200 m, and the energy-storage luminous paint can be directly used for lighting. Lighting intensifying lamps can be omitted for the tunnels with the length ranging from 200 m to 300 m, basic lighting lamps are combined with the energy-storage luminous paint for lighting in daytime, and the lighting lamps can be closed and the energy-storage luminous paint is directly used for lighting at night. The energy-storage luminous paint is used for assisting in lighting for the tunnels with the length larger than 300 m, and at least 25% of original lighting design load power can be reduced. By means of the design method, continuous lighting and emergency lighting can be ensured, and the purpose of saving electric energy can be achieved.
