This invention relates to the field of
wastewater treatment technology, and in particular to a
microfiltration wastewater treatment device for industrial
wastewater turbidity removal. The device includes a treatment cylinder and an L-shaped wastewater
pipe installed at the top of the treatment cylinder. A swinging filter
assembly is installed at the top inner part of the treatment cylinder. The swinging filter
assembly shakes and filters the wastewater. The swinging filter
cartridge within the swinging filter
assembly swings and moves the filtered impurities. During the swinging process, the swinging filter assembly throws out the wastewater while simultaneously causing the filtered impurities to flow. This invention achieves dynamic separation through swinging
filtration, combined with real-time self-cleaning via rotating scraping. The filter
cartridge is automatically cleaned by a torsional
brush assembly. A fixed filter
cartridge with a blocking filter assembly effectively blocks
filtration and also possesses a self-cleaning function. This allows for the simultaneous and continuous execution of
filtration and cleaning processes, significantly improving wastewater
turbidity removal efficiency and the stability and durability of the equipment operation.
