The invention discloses a device and a method for generating nano-bubble
fuel oil by utilizing oleophobic fibers and a Venturi flow field. The device comprises a Venturi tube, a nano-bubble generation reactor and a large bubble separator, the nano bubble generation reactor is filled with an oleophobic
fiber module; the method comprises the steps that
fuel oil flows through a Venturi tube to generate negative pressure to form liquid of pre-dissolved gas, the liquid enters a nano bubble generation reactor and flows through an oleophobic
fiber module, micro-nano bubbles with
large particle sizes are separated and discharged through an exhaust port in a large bubble separator, nano bubbles with
small particle sizes stably exist in the liquid, and the micro-nano bubbles with
small particle sizes stably exist in the liquid. The nanometer bubble
fuel oil is obtained. The whole device
system does not need high-energy-consumption equipment such as an external
air pump and pressurized dissolved air, the structure is compact, the
energy consumption is low, liquid of pre-dissolved air is formed only through negative pressure self-suction, and finally the liquid with the
high concentration of D50lt is obtained; and therefore, the
combustion efficiency can be remarkably improved, and
pollutant emission can be reduced.
