The invention relates to rapid dry type water-based epoxy ester emulsion and a preparation method and application thereof. The rapid dry type water-based epoxy ester emulsion comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-30 percent of epoxy resin, 10-30 percent of unsaturated fatty acids, 2-15 percent of vegetable oil, 4-20 percent of (methyl) acrylate or vinyl monomer, 2-8 percent of methacrylic acid, 0.1-0.5 percent of an initiator, 2-5 percent of a cosolvent, 1-3 percent of a neutralizer and 45-55 percent of deionized water.
