This invention discloses a hoisting device for a
saucer-shaped
casting, including a hoisting base. A sliding groove is formed on the side wall of the hoisting base, and a double-
threaded rod is rotatably connected within the groove. Adjusting nuts are threaded onto both threaded sections of the double-
threaded rod. Each adjusting nut is fixedly connected to a hoisting frame via a connecting rod. The hoisting frame consists of a lower support, an arc-shaped rod, and an upper support, all fixedly connected. The upper and lower supports are fixedly connected to the two ends of the arc-shaped rod. A rotating mechanism for rotating the double-
threaded rod is installed within the sliding groove. Multiple first and second
liquid storage cylinders are fixedly connected to the lower end of the hoisting base. This invention, by setting up a hoisting device composed of a hoisting base, lower support, arc-shaped rod, and upper support, can quickly and stably support the lower and side edges of a
saucer-shaped
casting. Locking is achieved simply by turning the adjusting wheel. This allows for the transfer of
saucer-shaped castings between different workstations, and is simple, convenient, safe, and efficient in operation.
