Methods for formation of epitaxial layers containing n-doped silicon are disclosed. Specific embodiments pertain to the formation and treatment of epitaxial layers in semiconductor devices, for example, Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) devices. In specific embodiments, the formation of the n-doped epitaxial layer involves exposing a substrate in a process chamber to deposition gases including a silicon source, a carbon source and an n-dopant source. An epitaxial layer may have considerable tensile stress which may be created in a significant amount by a high concentration of n-dopant. A layer having n-dopant may also have substitutional carbon. Phosphorus as an n-dopant with a high concentration is provided. A substrate having an epitaxial layer with a high level of n-dopant is also disclosed.

A flame retardant thermoplastic composition having excellent physical properties that includes 20 to 90 wt. % of a polycarbonate resin; from 1 to 35 wt. % of an impact modifier; from 0.5 to 30 wt. % of a polysiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer including from 8 to 30 wt. % polydimethylsiloxane units or the equivalent molar amount of other diorganosiloxane units; from 0.5 to 20 wt. % of a phosphorus-containing flame retardant, and from 3 to 30 wt. % of metal fiber, each based on the total combined weight of the thermoplastic composition, exclusive of any filler. In one embodiment, a molded sample of the thermoplastic composition having a thickness of 3.0 mm (±10%) has an EMI shielding of at least 20 dB. In addition, a molded sample of the thermoplastic composition is capable of achieving UL94 V0 or V1 rating at a thickness of 1.5 mm (±10%). The compositions are useful in forming flame retardant articles having EMI shielding characteristics.

The restored soil meets the requirement of second-level standard values of 'Environmental Quality Standard for Soil' (GB 15618-1995) in China.

The beta molecular sieves containing phosphorus and transition metals obtained by the modification method have higher specific surface area and relative crystallinity; and when the beta molecular sieves are applied as an active ingredient of a catalyst or an auxiliary agent during catalytic cracking of petroleum hydrocarbon, the olefin selectivity of the beta molecular sieves is further improved, so that more olefin raw materials can be provided for generation of low-carbon olefins by further shape selective cracking of the shape selective molecular sieves.

The flame-retardant epoxy resin comprises epoxy resin, a curing agent and the phosphorus-containing nitrile / DOPO double-base structure phosphorus-containing fire retardant. The preparation method is used for preparing the phosphorus-containing nitrile / DOPO double-base structure phosphorus-containing fire retardant.
