The invention discloses a reproducible phosphorus-uptake ceramsite and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: respectively drying 70-85 wt% of fly ash, 10-16 wt% of pore-forming agent and 5-14 wt% of clay powder and uniformly mixing the raw materials; after balling the mixture, baking at a temperature in a range of 950-1100 DEG C for 30-50 min to obtain a baked porous ceramsite; sequentially immersing the baked porous ceramsite with HCl, washing with water and drying; and loading zirconium oxide hydrate to obtain the phosphorus-uptake ceramsite. The phosphorus-uptake ceramsite prepared by the invention can be directly added into or filled as a filtering column to remove phosphorus in the water and the adsorbed phosphorus-uptake ceramsite can be desorbed by a NaOH solution to be reproduced; the saturated adsorption capacity to the phosphorus is 10-11 mg / g and the adaptability to the change of the phosphorus concentration in the water is good; after the treatment, the solid-liquid separation is easy to realize and the water quality of the discharged water is better. The reproducible phosphorus-uptake ceramsite provided by the invention has the advantages of strong phosphorus-uptake capability, easiness of realizing the solid-liquid separation, good cyclic usability and higher cost performance, so that the reproducible phosphorus-uptake ceramsite is applicable to phosphorous removal of various types of wastewater and surface water.

The invention belongs to the field of sewage ecological treatment, and the purpose is to provide a device and a method for sewage decentralized treatment in circulating vertical flow constructed wetlands. The invention comprises the following aspects: 1) the high-efficient circulating vertical flow constructed wetland system comprises three main components of a vertical flow constructed wetland, a circulating water tank, and a reinforced adsorption column; 2) the operation modes comprise an intermittent mode and a continuous mode. Fillers of the constructed wetland are proportional compositions of several fillers which are low in price and high in adsorption capacities for nitrogen and phosphorus; plants which have strong durability against pollution and have landscape value (thalia dealbata or day lily) or economic value (hybrid pennisetum) are planted on the wetland surface. The invention adopts the high-efficient filler composition to reinforce nitrogen and phosphorus adsorption; effluent backflow increases the dissolved oxygen inside the vertical flow constructed wetland, and enhances the nitration capability of microbes in the wetland; the denitrification capability is enhanced; the contact time of sewage and the fillers is increased; and the removal of phosphorus is enhanced. Series-parallel combinations can be selected flexibly with respect to different sewage types, and the applicability is strong.

The invention discloses a nitrate slow-release material and a preparation method thereof. The nitrate slow-release material is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 45.5-62.5% of cement, 23.7-33.2% of water, 4.3-15.8% of a nitrate and 0-15% of clay mineral powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving the nitrate into the water to obtain a nitrate solution; uniformly mixing the cement and the clay mineral powder to obtain a mixture; adding the resulting mixture to the nitrate solution, followed by carrying out concrete curing; crushing the cured material into the particles having a particle size of 3-10 mm to obtain the nitrate slow-release material. The nitrate slow-release material provided by the present invention has characteristics of slow releasing process, good slow-release effect, and easy adding way. In addition, the small amount of the nitrate slow-release material is added to the water body during using, the effect of the nitrate slow-release material can be generated for a long time after the nitrate slow-release material enters the sediment, the released nitrate from the nitrate slow-release material can be adopted as the bacterial to oxidize the electron acceptor of the organic contaminant, raise the oxidation-reduction potential of the sediment, inhibit releasing of sulfur and phosphorus, and has phosphorus adsorption effect so as to reduce the amount of the phosphorus released by the sediment. The nitrate slow-release material can be used in treating contaminated sediment in the river on a large scale.

The method comprises the following steps of: a, mixing lanthanum ions into an iron salt for preparing a mixture solution of iron ions and lanthanum ions; b, putting the prepared solution under an ultrasound environment, additionally adding a radiation method, gradually adding a hydroxide solution into a metallic ion mixture solution until the pH reaches 9-10, and obtaining nano-particle suspension liquid of iron and lanthanum composite metal hydroxide; c, shearing activated carbon fiber into pieces, washing, dipping, filtering and drying; d, weighing the activated carbon fiber, adding the activated carbon fiber into the suspension liquid, processing by utilizing ultrasound waves, taking out solid matters, and washing for multiple times until the pH reaches 7; and e, drying the solid matters, obtaining an adsorbent material after cooling, and sealing the adsorbent material for storage. According to the invention, the iron and lanthanum composite metal hydroxide is in uniform particle size distribution on the carbon fiber matrix, has a high adsorption capacity and a low preparation cost and is suitable for industrial application.

The adsorption material consists, by mass percent, of 50 to 70% of flyash zeolite and 30% to 50% of natural zeolite and is prepared by homogenously mixing the flyash zeolite with the natural zeolite based on the above proportion, the above resultant adsorption material is added, with the mass ratio of phosphorus to the adsorption material being 1: 100 to 200, to phosphorus wastewater with the pH from 3 to 10 and the phosphorus concentration from 0 to 150mg / l in order to treat the phosphorus wastewater, the contact time is 1 hour, the removal rate of phosphorus is larger than 90%, and the pH of zeolite subsequent to treatment is close to be neutral. The flyash zeolite resulting from modified synthesis in the invention not only has significant phosphorus adsorption effect, but can also realize the effective utilization of wastes to reduce the pollution of flyash to environment. Mutual combination of the flyash zeolite and the natural zeolite results in synergistic action for phosphorus adsorption, reducing the content of phosphorus in wastewater effectually. Therefore, the adsorption material of the invention for treating phosphorus wastewater has the advantages that the adsorption capacity is high, the utilization of wastes is favorable for environmental protection and the like.

The invention provides porous phosphorus removal ceramisites and a preparation method thereof. The ceramisites are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-85 parts of attapulgite, 10-30 parts of crop straws and 10-20 parts of lanthanum carbonate. The raw materials are subjected to the steps of blending, preparing a blank, sintering and cooling to prepare the porous phosphorus removal ceramisites. The ceramisites provided by the invention are simple in preparation process and high in adsorption rate, the cylinder pressure strength meets cylinder requirements on high-strength lightweight aggregates in national standards, the phosphorus adsorption capacity of the ceramisites in a wide pH value range of 1-12 is high, and the maximum phosphorus removal rate can reach 98.6%. Because the ceramisites have strong acid and alkali resistance, after adsorbing phosphorus and being eluted by a sodium hydroxide solution, the porous phosphorus removal ceramisites not only can realize recovery of adsorbed phosphorus but also can be obtained again, and are convenient to recycle, so that resources can be effectively saved. The ceramisites can be widely applied to the field of practical engineering to achieve an aim of treatment of wastes with processes of wastes against one another.
