This invention relates to a composite mineral-modified
polyethylene agricultural
mulch film and its preparation method. The agricultural
mulch film comprises a
polyethylene matrix resin and a composite mineral filler dispersed therein. The composite mineral filler is composed of 27%~33%
wollastonite, 18%~22% attapulgite, 27%~33%
tourmaline, and 18%~22% hexagonalite, and undergoes electromagnetic oscillation physical activation treatment to achieve a specific surface area ≥250m² / g, a particle size ≤2μm, and the formation of hydroxyl active sites on the surface. This invention also discloses the preparation method and its dual functions of degradation and soil improvement. The agricultural
mulch film has a tensile strength ≥18MPa, an elongation at break ≥400%, a
biodegradation rate ≥70% after 6 months, a far-
infrared emissivity ≥0.90, and a negative
ion release ≥1200 ions / cm³. After 6~9 months of field use, it disintegrates, and the residual minerals continuously regulate
soil pH, release trace elements, and improve the
aggregate structure, achieving a virtuous cycle of mulch film degradation and soil improvement.
