side chain installation and the functional group modification; and finally, the synthesis of the (+)-Erogongiaene is completed by nine steps. According to the synthesis method, other complex fragments do not need to be prepared in advance, related reagents are simple and easy to obtain,
reaction conditions are mild, the reaction conversion rate is good, the overall
route is simple and efficient, and the synthesis method is suitable for industrial
kilogram-level preparation and production of the (+)-Erogongiaene.
