honeycomb-shaped defects and holes in the inner wall of the
cooling tower, drilling is conducted by adopting drilling parameters matched with the
extreme temperature difference, after a grouting
water stop needle is embedded, a corresponding grouting material is injected according to the dry and wet state of a leakage part, after grouting is completed, preset time is observed, and after it is confirmed that no leakage exists, the grouting needle is
cut off, and a needle hole is plugged; the exposed ribs on the inner wall of the cooling
tower are subjected to
rust removal, a cracked and warped concrete
protection layer and loose concrete are chiseled away, the concrete missing position is repaired with anti-crack
mortar, and the
water content of the inner wall is controlled to be smaller than or equal to 8% by flushing a cylinder body for standby application; and anti-
corrosion coating is conducted, specifically, the surface of the treated base layer is sequentially coated with
cyanogen setting permeable seal primer,
cyanogen setting intermediate paint and
cyanogen setting waterproof and anti-corrosion finish paint.
