The invention relates to an energy-saving intelligent tunnel jet fan
system, and belongs to the technical field of
tunnel ventilation. The technical problems that ventilation adjustment is not flexible and
energy consumption is high due to the fact that an
airflow channel of an existing tunnel fan is fixed are solved. The
system comprises a plurality of fans, the outlet ends of the fans are provided with adjustable
airflow channel structures, the structures can change the effective ventilation area of the outlets of the fans through relative movement of internal structures, and the
system is further provided with a driving module, an angle sensor and a
control system. The
control system is in communication with a
wind speed sensor, a
pollutant concentration sensor and a
traffic flow detection unit which are arranged in a fan associated area, and is configured to receive
monitoring data and angle feedback in real time, calculate a target ventilation area through a preset
algorithm, convert the target ventilation area into a
target angle of the driving module, and further control the adjustable
airflow channel structure to act, so that the
target angle is adjusted. And closed-
loop control is formed, so that on-demand accurate control of
tunnel ventilation is realized, and the purposes of
energy conservation and high efficiency are achieved.
