The invention relates to the related field of
ceramic material preparation, in particular to a polycarbosilane-based modified precursor preparation method and a derivative
ceramic product thereof, and the method is mainly based on a precursor
conversion method and comprises the following steps: taking polycarbosilane, an
organic solvent and a coordination compound as main raw materials; diluting the polycarbosilane precursor with an
organic solvent, and stirring the diluted polycarbosilane precursor in a cold bath below 0 DEG C; slowly dropwise adding a coordination compound into the
diluent, stirring, carrying out
ultrasonic dispersion, enabling the coordination compound and the polycarbosilane to slowly react, continuously stirring in a
room temperature environment, and carrying out cross-linking curing in a
drying oven; and putting the crosslinked modified polycarbosilane into a tubular furnace, and carrying out inorganic and low-temperature
sintering treatment in an
inert atmosphere to obtain a
silicon carbide ceramic product with
low oxygen content. The preparation process provided by the invention is simple in method, relatively low in cost and high in practical benefit, can be used for preparing the low-
oxygen-content
silicon carbide ceramic product only at the
sintering temperature of less than or equal to 1400 DEG C, and is excellent in heat conduction performance.
