The method comprises the following steps: a zinc-based coordination compound ZnNPs is synthesized based on different zinc-based compounds and different alkyl substituent imidazoles by a one-pot synthesis method, the zinc-based coordination compound ZnNPs can be used as a Lewis base catalyst to quickly and efficiently catalyze a DA-1, 5-DHA system to generate strong yellow fluorescence, and compared with single catalysis of different alkyl substituent imidazoles, the synthesis method has the advantages that the synthesis efficiency is high, and the synthesis cost is low. The zinc-based coordination compound synthesized on the basis of different zinc-based compounds and different alkyl substituent imidazoles has higher catalytic activity. The preparation method has the advantages of simplicity, high universality and high catalytic activity. The fluorescent immunosensor for detecting the cTnI, which is constructed by the ZnNPs, has a good linear relationship, specificity and low detection limit on the cTnI, and can sensitively and accurately detect the cTnI.
