The invention relates to a heavy metal ion adsorption film and a production method thereof. The heavy metal ion adsorption film is composed of polyvinyl alcohol and amido polymers at a polyvinyl alcohol / amido polymer ratio of (95:5) to (20:80). The amido polymers are polyvinyl amine, polyallylamine and branched polyethylene. The amido polymers are introduced into the aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol and then the resulting mixture undergoes crosslinking reaction with a cross-linking agent to form a three-dimensional polymer network. The method is simple, feasible and free of organic solvents. The introduction of amido groups can efficiently increase the water swellability of polyvinyl alcohol film and simultaneously enhance the adsorbability of the film to heavy metal ions.

In the invention, the sulfur-containing bis-imidazoline compound which is generated through dehydration between dicarboxylic acid and polyamine molecule, dehydration reaction in the molecule and further reaction with the sulfur-containing compound is adopted; the molecule contains a plurality of active adsorption centers such as two diazo five-membered heterocyclic rings, a sulfur-containing group and the like; and a formed organic adsorption membrane has better protection effect on carbon steel.

Systems and methods for quantitative analyte transfer

Systems and methods for enhancing quantitative transfer of analytes to an adsorptive substrate are provided. A preferred embodiment provides an improved transfer system and method that reduces “blow through” of low molecular weight analytes and increases the adsorption of low molecular weight, for example proteins of about 30 kDa or less compared to conventional transfer techniques. It has been discovered that using a secondary porous backing membrane in conjunction with an adsorptive membrane such as nitrocellulose or polvinylidene fluoride increases the efficiency of analyte interaction with the adsorption membrane compared to transfers techniques using the adsorption membrane without the secondary backing membrane. This improvement of quantitative analyte transfer efficiency facilitates a wider range of detection processes, such as direct analysis by MALDI mass spectrometry than in earlier applications of the process without the secondary backing membrane.

The invention discloses a flexible electrostatic adsorption end effector, which comprises a limit and guide cylinder, a lifting plate and at least two electrostatic adsorption diaphragms, wherein the lifting plate is in sliding fit with the inner part of the limit and guide cylinder in a way that the lifting plate can be driven to move up and down, and the electrostatic adsorption diaphragms are arranged along the circumference of the lifting plate; when the lifting plate slides upward along the limit and guide cylinder, the electrostatic adsorption diaphragms retract into the limit and guide cylinder, and wrap and cling to an object; when a workpiece needs to be clamped, the lifting plate is driven to move upward along the inner part of the limit and guide cylinder, so that the electrostatic adsorption diaphragms are driven to retract into the limit and guide cylinder, consequently, the electrostatic adsorption diaphragms can wrap the object to be adsorbed, and each electrostatic adsorption film is then electrified and generates static electricity, and thereby clings to the surface of the object to grab the object. The flexible electrostatic adsorption end effector is easy to implement and simple to operate, moreover, the plurality of electrostatic adsorption films arranged along the circumference of the lifting plate can effectively adsorb and clamp the object to be adsorbed, and thereby the stability and safety of operation are guaranteed.
