Each 1L of the preservation liquid contains the following diluent components by weight: 1g-6g of bovine serum albumin, 5g-6g of trihydroxymethylaminomethane, 0.1g-0.15g of cysteine, 6g-10g of sodium citrate, 2.4g-3g of a chelating agent, 0.17L-0.22L of yolk, 0.08L-0.12L of mycose, 1g-2g of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5g-1.1g of potassium chloride, 0.5mmol-1mmol of an antioxidant, 0.1g-0.2g of a bactericide, 0.2g-1g of L-carnitine and 0.5g-2g of tea polyphenol. In an application process, 3mL-5mL of the preservation liquid is added into each 1mL of the porcine seminal fluid so as to realize the normal temperature preservation of the porcine seminal fluid. Compared with the prior art, the preservation diluent and the preservation liquid have the advantages that the components are mutually matched, so that porcine semen cells are protected, an appropriate living environment is provided for porcine semen, the normal physiological activity of the porcine semen cells is guaranteed, excess free radicals are effectively removed, the oxidative stress resistance and preservation effect of the porcine seminal fluid are improved, the survival rate of the porcine semen is guaranteed, and furthermore, the breeding rate and culture benefits of sows are increased.
